I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. All issues were taken care of promptly. It’s such a beautiful place with a nice sized fenced in back yard for our dog. Also, a great neighborhood to walk your dog with the occasional bear siting. The neighbors are friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

The house was just as described. Beds were comfortable,kitchen was stocked with everything needed, plenty of room for our family of 5 to have our own space. Would definitely recommend and return.

Joe was phenomenal with his communication and quick turn around getting the house ready on short notice. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Helena and had a really hard time finding a place that would accommodate our dogs and boat. The yard is beautifully landscaped and my wife enjoy the garden space. It was very peaceful for her recovery from surgery. Joe was kind enough to allow her to take a clipping from one of his plants. Highly recommend this home. Perfect location as well. Definitely will make this our go to vacation rental in the future. Thank you Joe and your staff for making a stressful situation seamless.

Hayley was so nice and responsive! There’s a public beach access like .3 miles away which is where we parked everyday. She was super understanding, check-in was easy, and the place was peaceful and nice especially if you are coming with family. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend booking this place!

This place was outstanding and the host was super friendly and very professional the pictures doesn’t do enough justice for the peace,you can’t describe in words it was very welcoming.the host was very responsive for all my needs don’t hesitate when booking. I would definitely be back again

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Very comfortable apartment and great location. I did a lot of walking, as beach was very close to apartment. Felt safe walking in area alone. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend Ana!

This was our first time to Destin. The place was fantastic and exactly as described. We will definitely be back again soon and we will more than likely stay at this place again!

Este lugar es 100% recomendable la piscina al clima y limpia. Muy pero muy cerca del mar. Pudimos compartir en familia poner música y nadie se molestó por eso. Fácil de entrar y muy limpio. Tiene hasta un gran asadero y restaurantes muy cerca, la verdad quedé muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

Our stay at the Surf Bunny was fantastic! The location was perfect, such a close walk to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and recommended so many great places to eat and things to do. It’s the perfect spot for a small spring break trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a cozy condo about a minute walk to private beach access, then look no further! Ciara’s place is perfect for a group of four or a small family. Restaurants are also within walking distance. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

I loved my stay! Everything was clean and nice. I definitely recommended.

My girlfriend and I went down for 6 days during spring break and Dan’s place was a great place to stay at had everything we needed.

This place was super close to the beach! The beach toys available for our toddler were super helpful not have to purchase any for single use. The chairs and umbrella were super helpful as well. They were placed out about 830/9. So if you get to the beach early, they may ask you to move out of the line of where they are putting the umbrellas. Lots of towels were available at the condo. In the kitchen, only 1 dishwasher pod was available for use, so if you plan on staying in for most meals, you may need to supplement more pods and a scrub brush as that was not provided. A washer and dryer is available, but you will need to supplement your own laundry pods. We stayed a week and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. Just a heads up! We really enjoyed our vacation! We definitely hope we can book again there another time!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Great place to stay, just a short walk to the beach. Well equipped with kitchen, washing and beach facilities all extensive. A few minor issues such as the door lock not working but they were resolved promptly

We had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. Close to lots of activities and right across the street from the beach. Would visit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa. The location was exactly as described. There are too many great things to mention them all. Some of our favorite things were: the extra soft towels, well equipped with beach items, having an ice maker, and comfy beds. Lastly the response time when we had a few minor issues was incredible. Ryan was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. We will be back again!

This place was amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with & helpful. The inside was beautiful, totally worth every single penny. If I could have stayed longer we would have. The kids really enjoyed it as well! Will definitely be back.

Our stay was magnificent. April was a great host who was very responsive and helpful. The dock on the back side of the building is a beautiful area to enjoy the sunrises or sunsets. As well as not too far from the beaches and downtown areas.

I only gave 4 stars because the toilet had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with the cleaning products that were under the sink and the floors thru out the house had not been mopped. I walked on it barefoot and my feet were very dirty. Also the bed pillows were very flat. For the price and convenience to the beach I would definitely stay at Garys place again.
