We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable & most enjoyed having the ocean view with the sunrise every morning & being able to have door open @ times to hear the ocean waves. Nice to have the extra blankets when it got chilly.

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The place was very clean and neat. The host was very attentive and helpful of any concerns. Walking distance to the beach and lounging chairs on beach with room number. We would diffidently come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The views were so beautiful and the condo had everything you could possibly need. It was so convenient having a kitchen with pots and pans so we could make food at the place. The washer and dryer was a huge plus too. When I had a question, Derek was very responsive. Overall, great experience. I definitely recommend!

The resort area was convenient and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The condo itself was lovely, clean, and quiet. The beach side balcony provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets, daily dolphin sightings, and privacy. Esperanza, as our host, was responsive, attentive, and helpful. It was a wonderful accommodation!

Nitish place was excellent and better the pictures online does no justice for up close and in person. The views are amazing, check in was smooth easy breezy. We would return back and recommend it to others very top tier.

My family stayed here for a few days and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. The views were amazing! It was very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. We had some questions about the parking passes and Josh responded very quickly and was super friendly/helpful. We definitely plan to visit again!

This a beautifully decorated condo. Spacious, clean and on the beach. Great parking options. Limited view of the beach thru the buildings but we did see a large pod of dolphins from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Ashley’s condo had everything we needed. She was very helpful with suggestions for great restaurants and any other questions I had. The beach at the condo is amazing! White sands and blue water 💙🤍

Ulla’s place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just like the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances and plenty of dishes. She has beach chairs and a cooler to use. The chairs on the balcony were perfect and the drying rack was really useful. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was also a blow up matress and three portable fans which came in handy. We didnt see anyone coming or going or have to share the elevator, it was very peaceful. The pool was great and the beach was right there. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap there to use and small hotel style samples to use in the shower. This place was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Ulla is so kind and caring. She reached out to check on us and was very easy to communicate with.

Access and Views! I can’t say enough about how convenient this place is to the beach, pools, and a small snack shack. You can see the entire city of Destin from one side and wake up to sunshine and waves on the balcony. The check in and out process was clear and easy. They also have very convenient parking. I never drove more than 20 mins to get anywhere; food, activities, and shopping.

This trip was planned last minute so finding this place for the week was absolutely perfect. The view is perfect and the location is right next to everything in Destin that you’d be interested in. There are a few critiques just for future visitors - may want to bring your own non single-ply toilet paper and perhaps chairs to avoid having to rent the private beach chairs/umbrellas; it’s an old building so elevators were a bit outdated and the glass shower felt like it needed a deep clean in its nooks and crannies - however, thats just being picky and thorough and did not lessen my experience whatsoever! I would book this condo again!!!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

The house was amazing with great quality furniture and linens. We had everything we needed and the house was the perfect fit for our girls weekend!

My family and I had a great stay .Everything was as pictured in the photos. There was no toilet paper when we had arrived in the bathroom, but Danielle was quick to get it ordered for us. It was there at our door in less than 15 minutes after requesting it. The only other thing was the dock really was an accessible or we couldn’t figure out how to get to the dock but it was literally right across the street. There’s so many restaurants around Seaside is about a 10 to 15 minute drive from the house. Miramar Beach is about 10 minutes from the house. Destin is about a 15 to 25 minute drive depending on traffic. This house was perfect for our family for everything was eat and clean. I have a TikTok video of our stay in the home

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is close to literally everything! Just a golf cart ride away from the Baytowne Wharf with shopping, restaurants, an arcade, games, playground and so much more! Publix is also just a golf cart ride away. Tons of shopping as well! The heated pool is like a 30 second walk from the house which was awesome!! We loved the area and felt super safe with our family

Amy's place was wonderful! My favorite part of the place was the views! Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony side, and sunsets from the entrance side. This end unit also has a view toward Highway 98, pretty at night to see city lights. The unit was spotless and it looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was stocked which was helpful since we ate many meals here. The washer and dryer were a bonus to dry the wet swimsuits and such in. We were here in mid March, but the heated pools were warm enough even with a chilly breeze. The indoor pool is a great option for a rainy day. This unit was right at the end next to an elevator, but we never heard any noise from that, and it was super convenient. Beds and couch pull out were comfortable. Easy to go take a walk on the beach in the morning or evening. Would reccomend to either rent the beach service available to get a good view on the beach, or plan to drive to a local public beach. We went to Henderson Beach and Princess Beach. Loved it
