A beautiful cozy home, we felt so comfortable. We have little ones and there was a toy box, books so plenty of entertainment for them. Alby came by to introduce himself and made sure we had everything. He was a great host! 3mins away from town so perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again.

It has got everything we need for our 4-night stay. It’s close to grocery stores and good restaurants, only takes around 10 minutes drive. We are happy with the place!

We loved our stay at Lynnelle’s - lots of space and really comfy. Quiet neighbourhood but not far from the main sites of Rotorua which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your hospitality Juliette. Our family loved staying at your place. The kids especially grew very fond of Moka. They were sad to say goodbye to him. As a host Juliette was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was always just a phone call away and answered all our questions. House was very cosy and comfortable. The backyard / deck area was the best for our three little people who enjoyed kicking the ball around in and riding their bikes. It was completely secured which was a bonus (especially with our wandering two year old) ! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

You know when you walk in to an air BnB and you instantly feel at ease and like you’re going to have the best weekend because of the place you get to sleep is perfect, this is how I felt stepping into Raewyn and Rod’s property. It was clean to absolute perfection, the bathroom was really cool, the beds were great - comfortable as and the granola, as per other reviews was fab! The home made peaches were however my favourite and my dad loved the plum jam! It’s peaceful with a great view and ambient outdoor areas to soak up some sun. In walking distance from a cute coffee spot and the pub was great for food. My dad and I had the best weekend and we couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and highly recommend.

Our little family of 5 (kids 8,6,3yo) just spent 2 nights at this lovely farmstay. It was not just accommodation it was a memorable experience for our family. Our hosts were very quick to answer any queries and more than happy to show us around the farm and meet their friendly animals. The kids had fun collecting eggs, feeding the rabbits, goats and cows! Any extra energy they had to burn was spent jumping on the trampoline and swinging on the hammock. The farmstay is very close to the papamoa hills walk which had an amazing view at the top. The fully equipped kitchen had any appliance you could need and the little fireplace is a beautiful touch. Would love to come back one day!!! Thankyou for having us :)

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Lovely stay. Amazing location - perfect to walk anywhere in the Mount. Tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loretta and Brian are friendly and helpful.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Our stay at this beautiful and spacious home was enjoyed by all 9 of our whanau ranging from old to young. We were close enough to attractions we wanted to visit, the spacious kitchen and formal dinning space allowed for delicious homemade family dinners and eating all together around the table. Thank you for supplying an abundance of food and treats for us to enjoy, it was so appreciated arriving our first day and enjoyed through to our last.

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

Des’ place is awesome! The whole place feels like you’re staying in a museum of sports, every corner of the house tells a story. It is so personal and cozy, it makes you feel at home. Perfect location with second to none surroundings. Just a few minutes drive from Rotorua, perfect if you want to get away from the noise and hurry of the day to day life.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!
