We had the best time at this location. The location to all things homecoming related (walk around, parade and game) was fantastic. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Our son is a junior at OSU and this was our first homecoming. Tristen was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We were beyond ecstatic with our stay. Thank you again 🧡🖤🧡🖤

The place was perfect for what I needed. If my wife would have been with me it would have been perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is plenty big to cook in. The bed was comfortable. I’ll be looking to stay here again in the future.

The space is truly lovely, beautifully decorated, quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient parking and with ground floor entrance. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It was a perfect location for me as it is close to Mercy Hospital where I had a very ill friend I had come in town to check on and this was my peaceful, safe space to come back to every night. I would definitely rent this space again.

You get what you pay for. The rate for this place was a little more than I planned on spending. 3 full bathrooms, very comfortable beds, washer and dryer. The 3 levels makes a little privacy easy. Beautiful open air design. The decorating may have been professional. It was elegant. The 3rd floor with game room was great for the kids. The open air design made it effortless to listen in on them. The pool looked nice and clean. Better get there before labor day. It was cold. If you have trouble getting up and down stairs this place might not be for you. The grounds outside could use a little TLC. The few people I came across there were warm and pleasant. Once you walk inside there is no feeling of “needs some TLC.”

This place was great. I am super thankful I was able to reserve with Tony at the last minute. Everything was great. Super comfortable beds. Thank you for everything! Will be back again soon.

Serah is hands down our favorite host. We love this space and we use it every year. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway. 10/10

My out of town daughter stayed here with her 2 dogs and it was the perfect accommodations and location for her visit: Clean and comfortable with a secure backyard. Adam is communicative and responsive. Thank you for helping our family have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Worked great for me and my boy as we were hunting at James Collins WMA which was 26 mins away. The price was great

The place was clean. The shower did not get hot but very warm. Easy entrance to unload car. Great temperature control. Over the coffee maker. But communicate with them if you want early check in. I asked for an 1-2 hour early check in and for the first time in a decade of using Airbnb they wanted to charge me $25 extra dollars.

Really loved my stay, very homey and quiet area! Easy to get into and check out was very smooth. Loved every second there and would definitely come back

Great location! Condo was very clean, as well as swimming pool, game room, and outside area. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Anchor and Shangri-La for meals. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was inclusive of all amenities!! I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything that you need to make anything from muffins to casseroles! The utensils and glassware make it fun to cook for and with your family! Pressure cooker and George Foreman grill!!!?? Yes!! This location is steps away from Riverside where you can walk the Arkansas River and ride scooters/bikes with your family. I would stay here again!!!

The place was great. Highly recommend for Midsouth. Walkable to all the race festivities. Comfy and quiet. Six pack of beer in the fridge and snacks galore.

Gretchen and Charles are great hosts they met us at check in and showed us around. Had the fridge stocked with snacks, drinks, and breakfast items which was great! Their place was clean and they had plenty of blankets and towels. They even checked on us when the town lost power luckily our area had not lost power during our stay. It was nice relaxing weekend even through all the craziness of the entire weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful condo!! Cute, clean and excellent location!!! We were able to walk to Aspen coffee, walk to the football stadium and much more!! Would definitely stay there again!
