It's a wonderful and quiet place. I was able to sit outside on the covered deck and enjoy the rain. A perfect place to land on my road trip. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We were in town for a medical procedure, so having a clean quiet location was important. This is our second stay with Carolyn. We were very pleased both times. It's important to take our dog so the pet friendly space and secure yard is absolutely required. Very walkable pleasant neighborhood. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities. Affordable pricing. Highly recommend.

As advertised. A good, quiet place to stay if you need a reasonably priced stay. Carolyn was very easy to communicate with!

This is one of our favorite stays in an air bnb we’ve ever had. It’s so peaceful and filled with amazing books. It’s affordable and stylish! We loved it !

We had a wonderful second stay at this Airbnb in the Paseo Arts District! The location is fantastic, with great restaurants just a block or two away and downtown OKC easily accessible. The space was comfortable, tasteful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! Bed was very comfortable and Sonya was very responsive and communicated well. Will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. My only "complaint" was that the kitchenette was not as well stocked as the picture entailed.

I felt right at home! my girlfriend love it peaceful vibe we love the scenery and setup up of the home host was very friendly and attentive to whatever we needed.

So this place I went for a silent get away the automatic generated instructions or communication is poignant (easy to misinterpret) however it was much appreciated on my end because I don't necessarily like to beat around a bush. Now I wasn't anticipating to meet anyone upon my arrival however it wasn't the worst it just made it a little difficult to practice a silent discipline. 😂😂 The place itself was fantastic for what I needed outside of the local canines testing each other which was very brief. I cannot be more grateful is that previous guests dog dander/pet residue was not detected in the least bit during my stay and the gratitude I have for that is insurmountable! Although my stay required silence as well as liquids only for consumption, I didn't get a chance to partake in the fully functional kitchen! The water pressure in the shower will make you want to spend more time in. Trust. Dave/Jane are personable and helpful! I'd book again anytime. Thanks for the opportunity.

WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS!!! Dave is a very hands on host and anything you need will be accommodated for you! The pool and hot tub are just what I needed! And btw THE POOL IS HEATED ! The weather was a bit chilly when I went, but having the heated pool was absolutely perfect as well as the hot tub! And the fire pit ! This place is perfect for a small family or a small group of friends that want to hang out and swim and barbecue! Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to find and very clean! I will be back. Actually I’m going to book again Next week because this place is a GEM !

Cute little remodel!! Inside was super nice, and was just as pictured. Loved the decorations inside the house. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available. I had trouble finding the entrance at first, because I didn't look through all the instructional pictures. But, the host was super fast to get back to me and direct me in the correct direction. The host was also willing to be flexible on my check-out, which I appreciated.

I recommend it 100% it is very good and as it is in the photos they have a very good service. I loved it. When I return I will rent it again. Thank you for everything.♥️♥️

We had a comfortable stay at Dianna’s. It felt like home, with the space being very clean, cozy, and quiet. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, e.g. quality everyday essentials, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of supplies for a longer stay. It is conveniently located and was easy to get downtown/to other attractions, even without a car - the bus stop is only a 3-min walk. Dianna was also friendly and always quick to respond. Our experience in OKC was even better thanks to our stay at Dianna’s. We highly recommend staying here when in OKC!

Clean, efficient, and comfortable. The host was wonderfully responsive and available to answer questions. I would recommend this property and stay there again.

Stayed for two weeks while relocating to Tulsa. Location was convenient to everything, home was very clean, and had everything I needed for a long stay. Having the keypad for entry was easy and helpful. Would stay here again! One small note because it’s not clear from the photos: the washer/dryer is in the bedroom (not a closet), surrounded by curtains. It’s not a problem unless you are trying to laundry around bedtime.

Nice place, will be really nice once the remodeling project on the other side is completed. Had parking for one truck/boat trailer combo. Might be able to put another boat in the smaller driveway but would need to unhook as truck would be in the road.

We have stayed at Emily's before and have always been impressed. Nice location, close to restaurants and quiet neighborhood.
