Family of 5, we loved staying at the treehouse. Our kids had a blast roasting marshmallows each night, lazing about in the hammocks, and of course sleeping up in a tree :)

Beautiful cabin. It’s very well maintained and cared for. The directions to the cabin were clear and easy to understand. It’s listed as waterfront and does not have access to the water but the owner provided a few drivable public access points to the lake. I love that the color theme of the purple cabin was consistent throughout the decor in the cabin. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen does not include a stove but a microwave and gas grill are available. There is also a small building nearby that has a few small appliances and other items available for use. There is even a tornado shelter near the cabins available for use. Thankfully, we did not need it but I definitely appreciate that it was there and available if needed. The host was responsive and I felt would be available for assistance if needed. It’s apparent they put thought into the needs of the guests. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and would stay there again.

We really loved our stay at the Hummingbird Treehouse! The first day was super quiet and relaxing. I was a little surprised at how close the other treehouse on the property was. Given it isn’t in the pictures, I thought we’d be a little more secluded. The Bigfoot Treehouse is about 100 ft from the Hummingbird Treehouse with the latter’s patio facing the former. If you look in picture 13 and 30, you can see the ramp leading to the other treehouse. It is a really cool stay still, just be mindful of how close it is if you’re wanting a more private weekend.

My husband and I visit yearly for our anniversary. We normally get different cabins. This one was in the perfect spot. When we normally would leave from the far end, we have to wait in a lot of traffic on checkout day, but this one was great. Close to the casino and our favorite places to go in hotchatown. The cabin was peaceful, we enjoy that for our time together. The cabin was very cute and the hot tub and porch were my fav. felt comfy and very at-home. We visited the distillery, lake spots for pics, casino, ice cream shop, grateful head, gutter chaos, the store with all the cool souvenirs. Thank you for a wonderful time. See ya next year!!

Pleasant and comfortable stay! Instructions are very detailed which caused a bit of worry initially, but Tony assured us it is because people have taken advantage of this property’s offerings. Keep in mind when booking, that depending on the season, the property may not be as secluded as expected- that was totally okay with us though. Overall, we had a great experience and heavily recommend this stay! Be sure to read through all the rules and guidelines to understand your expectations as a guest as well.

This tree house was nothing short of amazing, very accommodating, very clean, host was super nice & we will definitely be returning.

This place is immaculate! Beautiful inside and out. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful windows from the living room and kitchen to watch the deer graze. My teenagers had privacy upstairs in the game room with the enclosed door and very comfortable beds while I enjoyed my very large and comfortable master suite. Thank you Kim!

This is a beautiful little cabin in the woods! Perfect to get away from the noise, or just the hustle and bustle of daily life. My husband and I stayed here on a spur of the moment trip and we couldn’t be more happy with the space. Very clean, neat and tidy. Beautiful wooden pieces throughout add a touch of the nature feel inside the cabin. The MOST BEAUTIFUL views when you wake up.

This is such a unique, amazing experience for the family. We stayed in the Zebra cottage, and they did not disappoint. The trails and animals on site were so awesome, and the lands keeper took the time to answer 1,000 tortoise questions for us. We will definitely return in the future!
