The house is so perfect and feels exactly like a little part of history. It's walking distance to many delicious restaurants, Diocletian's palace, and Marjan park. The house is well equipped with everything you need at home. Domagoj was very quick to respond when we ran into an issue with our rental car and very helpful in solving the problem. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split.

We had the best stay in Croatia at this Airbnb. The garden is beautiful, you can always have a swim in the river. Also our dog loved the place so much. The owner Miro ist one of the greatest people we have ever met.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit unserer 4-jährigen Tochter verbracht. Goran und Zinka waren nicht nur nett, sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir brauchten ein paar Dinge, die wir ausleihen durften. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt, und die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wir durften auch leckere Mandarinen direkt vom Baum im Garten essen. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, und Goran war jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderbare, sowohl die Umgebung als auch die Unterkunft. Alles da was eine vierköpfige Familie benötigt. Tolles Haus, super Swimmingpool und eine fantastische Aussicht! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Vinko und seiner Frau sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war in einem tadellosem Zustand und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen war Vinko sofort zur Stelle und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen weiterhelfen können. Er gab uns zahlreiche Tipps und Vorschläge um etwas unternehmen zu können. Durch die perfekte Lage waren wir sehr zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten von zahlreichen Restaurants und der wunderschönen Altstadt entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Vinko und seiner Frau, dass sie uns das ermöglicht haben. Sollte es uns wieder nach Trogir verschlagen, so würden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Spędziliśmy z mężem oraz naszymi 2 psami cudowne 2 tygodnie. Był to nasz kolejny pobyt w tym miejscu. Miło było wrócić do Państwa uroczego domu. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem. Mamy nadzieję, że za jakiś czas uda nam się znowu odwiedzić Šoltę. Dziękujemy

Sehr schönes Apartment genau wie beschrieben. Wir konnten noch spät Nachts einchecken und wurden mit ein paar frisch gebackenen Snacks begrüßt. Da wir eine sehr heiße Woche hatten, haben wir uns sowohl über die tägliche Erfrischung im Pool gefreut als auch von der Klimaanlage profitiert! Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

We had a great stay, the house was nice and perfect for a group of 9 people. The host was very quick in response. Would definitely recommend in you want to chill at in a house and have fun in the city. Groceries and Uber where easily accessible which was comfortable. The outside was different on the picture but good, better and more sunbeds and a small couch, also the pool table outside on the picture is not there but I would definitely recommend the house.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Nice appartment, close to the sea. The terrace has a nice view on the sea. The communication with the owner and the renal agency was easy.

Lovely place! Only around 20 minutes from the city centre, perfect location and very clean. Nera was lovely, and left us some ciders and food which was very sweet of her :)) would stay here again :)

Filip host super, ci ha aspettato nonostante il nostro ritardo. appartamento come da descrizione, non mancava nulla. Parcheggio sotto casa. a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di spalato.

We had a fantastic week at villa Petra. Very nice place, had everything we needed and more! Pero is an amazing host and he made sure we were taken care of from start to end! Recomend Pero and villa Petra!

I could not recommend Drazen’s place in split any more!! It was located right in the centre of Split with everything just steps away. Drazen greeted us, assisted us with parking and could not have been more helpful. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We had an amazing time, thank you so very much!!!

Hospedaje en una zona tranquila a pocos minutos de las atracciones. La comunicación con Marín siempre fue buena con algunas recomendaciones

Everything we needed for a nice stay close to nature in this beautiful place. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the fruit trees watching the waves. Dusko the host gave us the warmest of welcomes, helped us to arrive by car, buy supplies and chatted with us over home made produce. So lovey to be near the sea, a very special time for us.

Pobyt uważam za udany. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone bardzo dobrze, głównie jeśli chodzi o przybory kuchenne. Lokalizacja jest także w porządku, można znaleźć bez problemu dojazd do Split i Trogir. Samo miasteczko Kastel Novi, nie jest turystyczne więc za bardzo się tam nic nie dzieje. Lotnisko jest położone bardzo blisko więc cały czas słychać przelatujące samoloty dosłownie nad ogrodem. Może to być problem dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Właścicielka jest bardzo przyjazna i komunikatywna, ale minusem jest fakt, że jej mieszkanie znajduje się nad wynajmowanym.
