Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida casa io la mia compagnia e nostra figlia di 2 anni abbiamo trovato proprio quello che cercavamo,una zona tranquilla ma con una vista mozzafiato,la veranda è il punto forte di questa splendida struttura,ce la siamo goduta molto la mattina a colazione e quando tornavamo dopo essere stati in giro tutto il giorno trovavamo il nostro momento di relax solamente guardando il panorama!la casa era molto pulita e ben tenuta con tutto l occorrente per farci sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra!Nicoletta la nostra host è stata carinissima e di una gentilezza e disponibilità immensa,è stato davvero un piacere soggiornare in questo posto meraviglioso!in futuro sicuramente torneremo!grazie di tutto❤️

Our stay at Wolfgan and Valentina's Airbnb in Sardinia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. They are amazing hosts, always ready to help with anything we needed, and made us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, which made us feel very comfortable from the start. Every corner of the house is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring northern Sardinia. It is strategically situated, allowing us to easily visit the nearby beaches and towns. Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we visit the island. Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Caterina. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft war sehr beruhigend. Strand Budoni in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (Hunde erlaubt).

nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Teodoro. Maurizio est un hôte très accueillant, disponible nous sommes arrivés en arrivée autonome ce qui est un plus. le matelas n'est pas très agréable ( selon les goûts de chacun) et peut être penser à installer des rideaux occultants pour la chambre. je recommande tout de même de logement et aussi pour sa proximité du centre et de la plage tout se fait à pied 😉

Es ist traumhaft von der Terasse das Meer zu beobachten. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gemocht (mit Rettungsschwimmerin). Das Konzept der Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Die Gegend regt zur Bewegung an und belohnt mit schönem Meer und schöner Natur. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Schönes, kleines Haus mit einer tollen Terrasse und einer phantastischen Aussicht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb der Touristenzentren.

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

Nice apartment close to town centre and main beach in a quiey area. Pictures are accurate. Michele alowed us to check in earlier which was very helpful and gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. All essentials in kitchen. Parking easy just in front.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein wahr gewordener Traum! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – direkt im Hafen von Porto Cervo, nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza entfernt. Das luxuriöse Interior überzeugt mit stilvollem Design und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Jedes Detail ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, und die modernen Bäder bieten höchsten Komfort. Ein absolutes Highlight sind die 3 Terrassen: Die Hauptterrasse lädt mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen zum Entspannen ein, doch die Dachterrasse setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf – von hier aus genießt man eine unfassbare Aussicht auf die Luxusyachten und das türkisblaue Meer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ideal für alle, die auch im Urlaub gerne kochen. Hier fehlt es an nichts! Dieses Ferienhaus bietet Luxus pur in einer der begehrtesten Lagen Sardiniens. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sergio unser Host ist ein Gentleman wie er im Buche steht. Er hat uns in allen Belangen während unserem Aufenthalt unterstützt. Sei es mit tollen Ausflugs-Tipps , Restaurants-Empfehlungen oder Hinweisen zu den schönsten Stränden....wir vergeben Sergio eine glatte 11 von 10 Punkten! ;-) Die Unterkunft Bella Vista trägt ihren Namen völlig zurecht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Wir besuchen dieses herrliche Paradies gerne wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

Die perfekte Villa für einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Palau auf einem Hügel in einer kleinen gated Community. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palau, die Isola Santo Stefano, Caprera und La Maddalena - und das vom Pool aus. In Palau ist man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß ist es schwierig, da man mehr oder weniger nur auf den Hauptstraßen laufen kann. Das ist aber fast im ganzen Norden von Sardinien so. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man wunderbar von dort aus die Insel mit ihren vielen Traumstränden erkunden gehen. Das Haus, der Garten und alles drum herum ist äußerst gepflegt und ruhig. Man könnte meinen, die Bilder wären aufgehübscht worden, aber dem ist nicht so. Es ist in Natura noch schöner! Wir haben dort traumhafte 10 Tage verbringen dürfen. Marianna war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen - vielen Dank dafür. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub, klare Empfehlung!

Sara ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Super Kommunikation im Vorfeld, vor Ort super nett. Kleine Führung durchs Haus und den tollen super gepflegten Garten mit Pool inklusive. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, im Garten gibt es überall kleine Ecken in die man sich zurückziehen kann wenn man Ruhe braucht. Der Blick zum Meer am Morgen wenn die Sonne aufgeht ist wunderschön. Und die abgeschiedene Lage in Bergen beschert einem absolute Ruhe. Einfach eine ganz wundervolle Location. Absolut zu empfehlen.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures. The complex is very clean and seems very safe. Both beach and marina are within 10-15min walking distance. We had a great time there!

The apartment was great. Exactly like the pictures and in the perfect spot. You can hear surrounding neighbours, but nothing out of the ordinary and are all very nice. The shower has great water pressure and the washing machine is a great addition, no washing when we go home!!! The shop downstairs is very handy as is the bar and small cafe. We would highly recommend La Rosa dei Venti, a restaurant nearby (7m walk, 2m drive). You need a car to explore the area. The marina and some beaches are walkable, but to fully enjoy yourself - get a car! We stayed in late September so there was no need to pay for parking. My only slight negative was the lack of toilet roll & a towel to dry pots. Other than that, we had everything we required and it was the perfect spot 😊

We stayed at this Airbnb after getting tired of camping so it felt like a palace! Excellent value for money, we got a one bedroom apartment and the complex has a swimming pool, bar and music. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook - pots, pans etc. The location is in a small town just 1km from Cala Liberotto beach. The only issue we had was finding the place, the address in Airbnb was not correct. We called the phone number and the receptionist told us where to go.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
