I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described in the listing—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The peaceful location made it the perfect retreat, allowing me to relax and unwind. location was convenient to get to and from the convention center. The apartment was spacious and clean. The interior of the building was a little confusing to navigate, especially as the back entrance has a different code than the front one. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay for the short days I was there for a weekend convention.

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

Easy to find. Keyless entry. Ample space inside. Close to all the things. Block was quiet. Shower had great water pressure.

Being close to the Spring Valley subway stop and Giant supermarket is a big plus. Quieter location than most big city rentals. One block from Prohibition Taproom which we enjoyed. 20 minute subway ride to the sports complex where the Phillies, Eagles and Flyer play their games.

Very clean, glad there was codes to get into every door so you don’t have to worry about keys. Was able to walk to several restaurants near by and only a $10 uber to the convention center. Inside of the condo looks great!

We had a group of friends and family that stayed here for the Philly half marathon. It was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was a great location, walking distance to the art museum and there were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We had trouble unlocking the door when we first arrived and Swida was very responsive and able to help us get in. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly my new favorite Airbnb host Jonathan was so incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment is stunningly gorgeous and has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Also the beds ?! Pure magic to sleep in. Was throughly impressed with my stay. It was always easy to find street parking as well. Have 0 complaints, everything was perfect!

The home looks exactly the same as the pictures except it's even better in person. I would definitely stay again! 10/10. Highly recommend.

Joseph's place was in a great location.We were able to walk everywhere from the 30st train station to Trader Joe's to downtown shopping. The view from the condo was incredible and the place was very quiet. We did have trouble getting in as we were unfamiliar with a fob key. However Joseph was very responsive. The couch was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Everything else was great. Comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. A nice place to stay for a city vacation and I would definitely return.

I struggle to find the words to describe how fantastic our stay was. Stunning views, spotless clean, and the most gracious hosts I have ever experienced. Angel and Frank are kind and welcoming. We were provided every amenity we could want and many surprise extras. Don't miss this experience, we will always remember our stay here fondly.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions quickly. The place looked just like the pictures, was clean, and , although parking was a bit difficult, felt safe and was convenient to downtown. This place is perfect for large groups. Each person in our group of 7 had their own bed ( and there were even additional cots in the closet space) and there were also plenty of bathrooms for us all.

Ania went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and that alone is worth 5 stars. Her place was immaculate, she was responsive and thorough in cleaning. I appreciate it again, Ania!

Exactly like the photos. There weren't any other guests (at least, none we saw), so we had the space all to ourselves. Everything was clean and there was a lot of shops nearby. Accessible to public transportation. Fair warning on the family living upstairs. They had a young child that was stomping and crying for a while on our first night there. Luckily it was only that one time.

Jason’s place is wonderful! Great location, we love the greater Fishtown area! Easy to use parking spot and VERY well stocked Airbnb. Perfect if you have a longer stay, but we were only in town for 2 nights so always ate out. Also, was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen in a while. Nothing smelled mildewy!!! Mattress is also really comfy.

Great host! My boyfriend and I stayed here to view a show at the Met. It’s literally a block way from the theater. Rui was very responsive whenever I had a question. We loved our time there and we would be happy to return again. Others would also agree as well (there’s a wall of post it from very happy guests). Thanks again!

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Great place to stay and location is great! The only down fall was the neighbors with small children (Upstairs). In the bathroom downstairs you can hear their conversations very clear as well as the shows they are watching on the television. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone just finished cooking but it was the neighbors and the smell was coming from the vents. The smell didn't last long. Overall, great location and cute place. Would stay there again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and cozy felt right at home host was very responsive and provided clear instructions loved having a washer and dryer and off street parking. My family and I even extended our stay a day because we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Elisee for a great stay!

Overall the stay was easy and comfortable. The building in which the place is located is big and can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, but the doormen at the main entrance are there to help point you in the right direction. Just what you need for a short visit to the city. The host, Elizabeth, was very communicative and helpful with a quick response time!

This unit is clean and cozy with thoughtful additions. The location is perfect. Literally stepped out the first night and was surrounded by Philadelphian's enjoying their lives.
