My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were there for the wrestling NCAA’s and their place was conveniently located to the subway to the Wells Fargo arena. It worked great for my husband, me and our son and my brother’s 3 boys and him and even another brother!

Wow, what a time we had. This place was beautiful and spacious. Near all the best restaurants and nightlife. When coming to Philly with a larger group this is the place to be.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cory’s place with 10 of my friends. From the start, Cory was a fantastic host—helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. He also shared some excellent local recommendations that enhanced our visit. The house itself was comfortable and clean, and its location couldn't have been better for our needs. Everyone in our group had a great time, and the roof deck was a particular hit—especially the hot tub! Loved every moment of our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable time in Philly.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great location, not too far from the city center, but required walk or Uber. An amazing house, very clean and modern. Parking on the street was not too difficult to find. Highly recommended if you are looking for specious space with lots of room.

We had the entire family in town for a wedding including 5 small grandchildren. The house was perfect with plenty of rooms and space for us to enjoy being together. It was a cold February weekend but we took advantage of the fire table on the porch and the children roasting marshmallows in the backyard chiminea. Mike was a great host and extremely responsive. We had a leaky sink and he immediately had someone over to fix it. After an icy night he had someone salt the steps before we even woke up. This house is perfect for a large get together and we hope to be back in the summer for our next trip to NJ! A great family stay in beautiful home!

The place was spotless and extremely comfortable. It has lots of natual light (including a great porch for reading), is in a quiet, safe neighborhod, with plenty of great shopping and restaurants within an easy walk. There is also a free parking spot, which is hard to come by in the philly area.

My home away from home. I am from Philly and it is hard finding a great place to stay! I loved Marc's place and I did not want to leave. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The airbnb was a great stay and very clean! Will book again next time I come and visit. I loved it here!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at J’s apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and J was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. My client and I had a GREAT time in this beautiful location, so quiet, fast internet and really close to places to eat. A great time and a great host. Highly recommend.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

Absolutely loved this place! Was the perfect size for my partner and I, and was so comfortable. Great amenities and size for the price, with a very responsive host.
