Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The place was neat and clean . Washrooms , rooms and everything was clean. Clean towels and bedsheets. Service was prompt. Mr. Raju was very helpful in all our requests. There are multiple entries and known cafe nearby Ventilation in the washroom can be improved. The place is in a residential area where multiple AirBnb's are operating. So you do NOT get the Goa peaceful vibe , but a great place to come home after roaming all the day. I would recommend this stay and above value for money.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

We had a lovely time at this villa! The rooms were pristine and the kitchen and living area was quite spacious and nice. All of the amenities were easily available and the pool table was particularly fun to use. There are a few popular beaches nearby, so it was easy to visit those as well. And Boris was an amazing host with lots of helpful recommendations during our stay. Overall, we had a great time!

They were always available to help, kept the house spotless, and made sure we felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of friends. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were there for 2 months. Exceptional host. Great communication. There was a problem with the fridge, he bought a brand new one. We mentioned the bed was quite hard, he bought us a brand new mattress topper. The WiFi was weak in the bedroom, he got new separate hub installed. He provided washing liquid for machine. He organised taxi pick up from airport and agreed very early check in. The place was cleaned regularly.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Positives - We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The host was very responsive and proactive. Shared all the details and contacts of maid, caretaker etc well in advance. Villa was good and location was excellent for those who want to visit Candolim beach, it's at walkable distance. Overall a great experience. Drawbacks - Looking at everything, we overpaid for it, maybe because of new year time. Actual worth is around 5-7k per day on normal days.

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

Carmen's villa IKSHAA is beautiful and peaceful. Carmen was a great host, and Anthony looked after as and provided all we required.

luci was extremely such a friendly host very responsive. The place is a perfect fit for exploring locations and there is a grocery shop exactly opposite to house which is a great plus to this property. Lucia is so friendly very helpful her suggestions about the places nearby local and outside has been a wonderful experience to us. Worth every penny. Thank you Lucia

I stayed at Riveria Heritage in for a 3-night vacation, and it was a wonderful experience. My room was spacious and spotless, kitchen with all required utensils, great collection of books to entertain kids,.Ekta was incredibly friendly and attentive. She give us early Check-in also. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Goa to stay here.

It was a comfortable stay for two people. The kitchen amenities were comfortable for cooking for two people. Cleaning was done every second day. The linen was changed within 4-5 days. The bathroom was cleaned every alternate day. Any request was promptly taken care of. Four persons would have found it difficult to adjust to one bathroom only. The neighbourhood was peaceful. Vegetables/ milk/curd were available within a range of 1 km. The Candolim beach was 1.7km away. It took 30 mins to reach. The place was as good as a home away from home.

Apartment: The place was great and fresh. The society campus is very good with lot of nature touch. Clean and all facilities up to date. The bedroom was relaxing and big enough and if course spotless bedding. On ground floor, so easy to walk. Location: Excellent location with everything nearby from petrol pump, mechanic, grocery stores, pharma, restaurants, etc. North places like arambol side and south places till Candolim all can be covered easily with short time. Siolim is very nice area. Host is great, responsive and polite. The caretaker was also very responsive, informative and polite. Overall it's recommended and great experience.
