Our stay at Seagulls Nest was amazing. Great communication from Melinda and James. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We saw deer in the front yard every morning, the beach was beautiful, and the hiking trails were amazing. Doggie beds and food bowls were even provided for our lil dog. This was my first time staying in an air bnb and I appreciated the binder that was provided with clear expectations, important information, and local attractions. We had an amazing time and I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much James and Melinda.

We were there for our wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been better. We cooked meals together, soaked in the hot tub, enjoyed the view from the gorgeous sit in window while we sipped coffee in the morning and chatted, played board games and watched movies. We even got some snowfall and it was just a really special weekend. Hope to visit again sometime.

Clean and comfy for our short stay in Olympia. Just what we were looking for. Don was always quick to respond to messages.

We had an absolute blast! The place was even more beautiful than the photos. The windows and open floor concept, along with being right on the water, really make this place special. I saw one of the greatest sunsets I’d ever seen from the balcony on the 2nd floor, and at night you can see the stars out the windows while falling asleep.

Amazing spot on the water in Union with incredible sunrise and sunset views on a clear day. Kevin is helpful and the place was well supplied and clean as could be, will be back in the future for sure!

We had a great girls' weekend at Gail's home: the view was beautiful, both when the fog rolled over the water in the morning and in watching the sunset (we even spotted what we think was a whale fin on our last day!). The area was very quiet and private. There was plenty of space for us all to stay in the main house, but having the detached garage/apartment was helpful to use as a second bathroom when need be. There were plenty of different comfortable seating areas both inside and outside the home that made it very relaxing. This was the best stocked Airbnb I've stayed in where amenities were concerned. Plenty of bath towels and dishes. We cooked almost all of our meals; the kitchen had pretty much every appliance, pot, or pan you might need. It was also very well organized with labeled shelves and detailed instructions. The home was generally clean and tidy, although the floors probably could have used a sweep based on some pet hair left behind by a prior visitor. Would stay again!

This is my second time staying and I doubt it will be my last. I love the location! It is a bit tricky to find but when you do it’s perfect. It has everything you need and more! Could not ask for a better place to stay on the PNW.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main attraction for us was the gigantic hot tub / swim spa. My three youngest kids enjoyed it, and even Grandma got in with us and relished the time under the tall pine (?) trees. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials; we enjoyed playing Monopoly; the TVs were easy for enjoying family movie time (with provided popcorn!); and there was lots of space to spread out. We went to Lake Josephine a couple times (just a couple houses away) and even did the tiniest New Year's Day plunge (super cold!). We were surprised to see the island's general store very decently stocked with goods, even many gluten-free choices! Caroylnne was a very gracious and accommodating host. We had a great post-Christmas getaway and would highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves water and nature and being a homebody. :D
