Old Naples : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

The experience with Ken started great with communications and answers to questions. When we arrived it got better, Greenlinks is a wonderful resort community and Ken’s unit is in a great location with easy access to the resort amenities. Never having been to Naples we were pleased with the easy access to downtown, and to Marco Island, we also headed up to Fort Meyers for a spring training game, 45 minutes door to door. Ken had a good list of restaurant recommendations, and readily gave a few more based on asks from my wife and I. We were 6 for 6 on those that we tried, all of them small local spots. The home was equipped as described, really had everything you would need. We cooked in a couple of nights, and that was no problem. It was a short walk to the pool, plenty of lounge chairs to soak up Florida sun, especially after leaving home at 19 degrees, lovely pool and club house with a small fitness center, great place for morning and evening walks Ken is a great host, see u 2026

Great location. Pool was very warm. House was very clean. Walkable to the beach. Outdoor area was amazing. Tv in master room bedroom only but not a big deal.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

Recomiendo 100%, el departamento fue perfecto para alojarnos en familia con nuestros dos hijos pequeños, las habitaciones muy cómodas, todo estaba impecable y prolijo, toda la casa es muy confortable y la cochera muy cómoda frente a la puerta. El complejo es hermoso y las piscinas un 10. Toda la gente de recepción fue muy amable. Alan sin dudas un gran anfitrión, siempre me respondió muy rápido y con las instrucciones de ingreso que me envió, no necesité escribirle para nada, todo estaba muy claro. Sin dudas volvería a alquilarle a él.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Beautiful spacious home in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and lots of pool accessories. Katharine is a wonderful host, very responsive before and after check in. Would definitely return!

We didn’t want to leave! Such a great house and location. It had everything we needed, including all kitchen ware. It was so nice being able to go up to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close by to cook at the house. The pool and screened in porch were so lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Ben was very helpful with all questions asked. A resource book would be great in the future for instructions leaving the place and resources around.

Beautiful house on the canal! The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun. Super close to local restaurants.

THIS IS A VERY SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM SPACE- 2ND FLOOR, 2 LIVING AREAS, @ WITH TV-- 2 DINING TABLES....SEPARATED BY SLIDING GLASS DOORS.. GOOD FOR FAMILY... LAUNDRY IS GOOD- BEACH CHAIRS...OUTSTANDING KITCHEN... THERE IS NO VIEW OR LANAI SPACE, SO FEELS MORE INTERNAL.. THERE IS A SPACE OUTSIDE WITH A TABLE, BUT NOT REALLY SUITABLE FOR OUTSIDE DINING OR SIMILAR...IT WAS SPOTLESS

We enjoyed our stay! Restaurants and the beach were very walkable. Loved the screened in porch for eating meals. Pool was great! There were two full bathrooms yet one was on the lower level. We made it work plus it was nice to have a bathroom close to the pool. There was construction going on across the street so it was a bit noisy yet not bothersome as it is a temporary thing. Dish Network was out yet Linda installed You Tube TV so we had some options. This was much appreciated. We had many fun shuffle board games as well! Would recommend Linda's place.

Lovely clean home. Bright and airy with clean decor and furnishings. Spacious and spotless pool area with relaxing pool. Host was easy to deal with and management company were very attentive. Would recommend

John und Colleen sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Beide haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles in ruhe gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Pool wurde extra für uns aufgeheizt. Wir eürden wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Es hat alles gepasst. Die kommunikation hat auch super funktioniert. John hat immer gleich geantwortet.

Enjoyed a wonderful relaxing stay with 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Place is as described and pictured, felt cozy and comfortable yet roomy enough for our family. Neighborhood is quiet and location is very convenient to stores/restaurants and just a short drive to Naples sights. The heated pool was perfect for our February stay bc the beach was too cold for swimming, so we thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day. Host was friendly, responsive, and informative. A smooth booking/stay from beginning to end. Would def stay here again!

We are very excited about our family vacation June 2024. Thank you Misheline and Gilles for sharing your beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with us. Everything was at the highest level. We visited the barefoot beach; anyone who loves wild nature will enjoy it, but we didn’t like the fact that there were alot of rocks. We visited the free beach-North Bonita beach. We also visited Marco island beach and Vanderbilt Beach - wonderful beaches! For shopping, the Miramar outlets are super! We visited two beautiful botanical gardens and the Everglades. Captain Webb was awesome, super fun!!! We saw 4 alligators and two manates. I fell in love with the two lounge chairs near the pool. The bed was a little high for me and there wasn’t a large enough pot for the soup (I had to cook it every day), but everything was wonderful, like in heaven, we even tried real ripe mangoes (we asked the neighbors). We had a great time at Anna’s property! It was perfect for our little family and in a great location to the beach! Even with the pool solar heater and 80° days it was pretty cold but the kids didn’t mind mostly! We would stay again!

Kim was very responsive in her beautiful clean home! I would highly recommend this private nature lovers location and all the extended amenities! I am looking forward to booking another visit soon.
