old nice, Nice : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location in the hills overlooking Cannes. Plenty of space to spread out and relax - very large open plan living/dining/kitchen space with French doors opening onto the poolside patio. 5 large bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and air con. 2 of the bedrooms have an additional single bed so can accommodate a large number of guests. Very clean, with modern bathrooms alongside more traditional rooms. Very well equipped kitchen with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, induction hob, large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beauty and cleaning products provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay that provided a good base to tour around the region.

We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Colette et Serge avec qui nous avons eu un trés bon contact. Nous avons plus qu'apprecié l'ambiance tranquille du quartier et l'atmosphère cosy de cette maison, super bien aménagée et décorée. On recommande ++++

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location is great as a short walk to promenade/beach and restaurant and shopping all within a few minutes. Did not feel touristy. Luisa’s home had everything we needed with grocery stores close by. Also convenient was parking nearby which allowed us to go in and out for day trips to Monte Carlo, etc.

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

David’s place was great. It’s a lovely apartment, really well equipped, with a gorgeous sunny terrace. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the many delights of Nice, and has brilliant transport on the doorstep making it really easy to explore the whole of the wonderful French Riviera. David is an incredibly helpful host providing lots of tips and advice, and regularly checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly. He was also very kind in allowing a flexible checkout as I had a late flight and his next guests were not arriving immediately. All-in-all the trip and the apartment were just super - highly recommended.

We loved our time at Martine’s place. It is central and walkable to everything you want to see in Old Nice, including some of its best restaurants. Easy to access, the home’s beds are comfortable and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. If guests other than children are sleeping in the loft, be aware that the ceiling is low and they may need to stoop to avoid hitting their head (not a big deal). Martine is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly. Great stay.

Чудова квартира, хоча і маленька. Чистенька, затишна. Для перебуванні у відпустці вистачило усього, у тому числі і посуду. Окремо були вдячні за комплімент від господаря, вино було просто чудове

Logement très agréable avec une terrasse ensoleillée et un accès facile au tram et aux commerces. Brigitte est une hôtesse agréable et réactive. Je recommande ce logement!

스테판의 숙소는 편하고 좋았습니다. 간단히 준비해준 빵과 우유, 커피 등도 조식으로 충분했습니다. 세탁기는 있지만 건조기는 없어서 옷을 말리려면 날씨가 좋아한다고 해요! (+ 게스트하우스 처럼 스텐판과 고양이 두마리와 함께 지내는 숙소에요 ! )

Se volete vivere la Costa Azzurra senza essere dei semplici turisti, questo è il posto giusto. Oltre alla tranquillità del luogo, troverete Bibi: una donna affascinante. Si è presa cura di noi e ci ha coccolati come se ci conoscessimo da una vita. Tutto è più che pulito, ordinato, ha un profumo delizioso ed è arredato con gusto. Anche se non si ha accesso alla cucina (cosa che è perfettamente chiara nella descrizione) Bibi si è preoccupata di allestire un angolo del balcone con tutte le cose di cui potevamo avere bisogno, dal piatto al cavatappi per bere un delizioso vino provenzale godendo della vista sul mare. Le colazioni francesi preparate ogni mattina sono una menzione speciale. Non solo il dettaglio di ogni singola cosa da mangiare, ma anche le tovagliette, le tazze, ecc. C'è qualcosa di meglio che trovarsi in Costa Azzurra, nella casa di una donna francese e fare colazione guardando il Mediterraneo? Sì, che accada a casa di Bibi. Bibi, ci manchi, grazie di tutto!! Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique et très ressourçant, les hôtes sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques et se rendent disponibles autant que possible. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a un parking juste à côté mais si on est à pied (comme nous), on est assez proche des transports mais suffisamment loin pour être dépaysé et au calme le temps du séjour. On a aussi de chouettes ballades à faire aux alentours... Bref, comme on l'a dit en partant, si on avait pu mettre plus de 5/5 on l'aurait fait !! On espère revenir à l'occasion et peut être profiter de la rivière d'un peu plus près. Pas assez courageux pour se baigner en hiver !!
