old nice, Nice : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed for one week and it felt like home great location We walked with the kids to the beach from the flat and also it was easy to park everywhere and it was a bonus that the flat had a garage to park for free! We spent time in the balcony it was a lovely apartment in Nice!! THANK YOU

L'appartement est conforme a la description. le balcon n'est jamais au soleil un peu dommage pour nous et la rue est à un gros carrefour un peu bruyant. mais la chambre est très au calme et la literie est super! il manque quelques petits produits de base comme un torchon dans la cuisine, du sopalin et du café au moins pour le premier matin... sinon très bien

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Fui en el gran premio de Mónaco, los precios son altos en general en esta semana, el único pequeño problema que tuve fue encontrar el departamento y las escaleras hacia el mismo. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carolina, présente, charmante et elle avait laissé dans l'appartement le nécessaire pour commencer un séjour agréable: huile olive, sel, café, thé, sucre...ce qui est très plaisant et un plus par rapport à de ombreux appartements. L'appartement est neuf, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé et bien entendu sa localisation est parfaite à pied de la gare, du centre et des plages. Seul petit bémol mais qui est inhérent à la localisation et la structure de l'appartement: il est un peu bruyant et pas très lumineux côté cour. Le salon est plus pour 4 que pour 6 mais la terrasse compense largement cet inconvénient.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and felt ourselves like home. In our opinion it has this old french houses vibe, which we loved. Check-in/out went smoothly and Kate and Brend were always very responsive. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, from which you can take a train to cities like Antibes, Eze, Cannes etc. Because of its central location, you can reach almost everything in the city by feet, but if you don’t like to walk much, there is a tram station nearby. I give an extra star for the balcony :) All in one - we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Wir waren Ende Oktober in Bernards wunderbarer Unterkunft und wir waren in dieser Zeit seine einzigen Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr intelligent hergerichtet, alles ist von hoher Qualität und funktioniert wunderbar. Besonders genossen haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten in dem verglasten Vorbau mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Man wohnt im ersten Obergeschoss und hat dadurch noch mal eine bessere Sicht, der Zugang ist völlig privat von der Rückseite. Bernard ist ein unheimlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr entspannt, zurückhaltend und respektvoll. Er hat uns spontan noch Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben, als das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so sonnig war. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der traumhaften Region in und um Nizza. Vielen Dank

Le quartier est très calme, les gens rencontrés dans les commerces ou restaurants sont accueillants. Et que dire de la pizzeria PIZZATI ? Une cuisine merveilleuse, des petits déjeuners sympa. Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

Très belle villa parfait pour un week end en famille. Seul bémol si vous avez une grosse voiture c’est un peu compliqué pour se garer. Mais si non tout était parfait super belle vue sur les montagnes et Nice. Et le logement est très calme.

On a adoré cette maison ! La vue sur la ville et la mer était tout simplement parfaite. Et surtout, Laurie est une hôte vraiment sympathique et accueillante. Je recommande fortement !

Super séjour auprès de Caroline. Le studio est moderne et met à disposition tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer de bons moments. Petit coup de cœur pour l’extérieur bucolique et apaisant. Caroline est une excellente hôte toujours réactive et pleine de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter.

Un endroit exceptionnel dans un village historique mais méconnue, a une demi heure d’un (très beau!) trajet de Monaco, les plages et Nice. La vue du balcon et des fenêtres est époustouflante! Avec des couchers de soleil qui font un spectacle unique tous les soirs! L’intérieur de la maison est assez bas de plafond mais cela fait qu’ajouter du charme à ces maisons de village de caractère. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Die Wohnung ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da, es funktioniert alles problemlos. Die Heizung mit den Klimageräten, das schnelle Internet, der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück, alles 1A. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, ist diese Unterkunft für uns die erste Wahl!

L'alloggio di Peter è situato in una zona centralissima nel centro storico pur essendo un palazzo completamente nuovo. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio interrato e con l'ascensore salire direttamente al piano dell'appartamento! Alloggio, pulito, ben esposto e arredato. Tutto molto funzionale. Il cohost PierreAntoine che si è occupato del checkin e checkout è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!

L'emplacement nécessite une voiture, mais cela mérite le détour car nous etions au calme, avec une belle terrasse. Appartement fonctionnel, joliment décoré, avec tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Myself and my friends stayed in Azelma’s apartment for 5 nights, we had great communication from host about check in and out which helped to match our flights, we had a tour of the apartment on check in. Everything was as described, clean, good aircon and a well equipped kitchen! Close to supermarket and easily walkable to Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Be aware there is a narrow spiral staircase to the roof terrace but this wasn’t a problem for us. The roof terrace is gorgeous with an outdoor shower, grill and fridge. Huge table, sofas and sunloungers. We loved our stay and would definitely consider booking again in future!

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
