We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I truly do love this property. The house layout is very open, the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the house is set further back from the road so no traffic noise. The yard is perfect for your pups, plenty of room for them to run in the fenced yard and a nice little deck for you to relax and watch them play. We will definitely be back this summer!

Was an outstanding mini vacation at Jon’s , hot tub was amazing, shower was awesome ! Very very cozy and nice little surprise in the fridge as well ! Over all very outstanding experience!

We loved every minute of our stay! The place was fantastic, and the hospitality was exceptional. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We just got back from an awesome 4 night stay. Our family of six. Had a blast. We Loved the location steps away to the beach and an easy bike ride or walk to town for shopping of meals. We have some teenagers and they loved the flexibility the house location gave them. The house was loaded with thoughtful items (a wagon to crate things to the beach, a fire pit, beach chairs, lawn games, etc). Kitchen had everything we need and was easy to make some meals at home. Thank you for the kind host that make the transition in and out of the house easy.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Susan’s home was perfect for our long weekend in Portland. We could easily walk everywhere and lots of great shops, restaurants and bars very close. Her home was very comfortable and a nice large space for us to all enjoy!! Also her home was located in a great neighborhood!! We would definitely come back again!!

What a lovely, lovely place! Tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. The upstairs bedroom is spacious and filled with light and offers a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening and the arrival of an assortment of songbirds in the morning. The bed is so comfortable and the space so quiet that I had the best night of sleep in some time. A network of walking trails are close by and Portland is easily accessible, so much so that we popped in each of the three days we were in the area. The hosts, David and Kate, are warm, welcoming and responsive while somehow managing to be simultaneously “invisible”. A gem, for sure.

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

We loved the common areas and the walkability, and would come back. The living room and dining room are spacious and very nicely furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The selection of kids toys and baby books is great. The beds are not a selling point, but on the whole we found the full package more than worth it. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend bringing an eyeglass repair kit just in case they accidentally lock the twist-lock bedroom doors behind them (as ours did).

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

This gem of an apartment gave us so much peace and joy on our quick getaway to Portland. The interior reminds me of beautiful homes in Denmark and Norway - humble, functional, cozy, and lovingly designed. Both bedrooms and the washroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Loved watching the sunset over the amazing view in the living room, and the cute park/sunset spot just a quick walk away (perfect for bringing our puppy). Sadie was a gracious host and made us feel so at home. Would definitely visit again!

Wow, I cannot say enough about this place. First, the location is breathtaking and beautiful. The space was quaint but spacious, very homey, extremely quiet and peaceful. We are looking forward to staying again. You really only need to bring yourselves and anything you need to eat, the place was well stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

Great location, but a lot of money for the quality of the accommodation and size. But very quiet and comfortable.

The perfect little getaway! While many restaurants and places in the general area were closed due to the season, it was still just what we needed! We had a cozy weekend in. Would definitely come back!

Very cute place in a great location! It’s a little small, so the ladder is a bit in the way of getting to the kitchen. Think “tiny house” feel, in a fun way. Big people might struggle a bit, but otherwise everything is very functional and practical. Check in and check out is super easy.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
