Old Town, Alexandria : locations de vacances

We loved our stay at Marsh’s place! This place is right in the heart of Georgetown and I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. There is so much to do and it’s in a very safe, almost hidden place. Make sure to follow the instructions given to find the unit. You are a 5 minute walk to the Georgetown waterfront and there are hundreds of stores and restaurants steps from your door. The home was very clean and the bed was very soft. I regret not booking an extra night! I will be staying here again on my next trip to Georgetown!

The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

This was a great place. I would stay here again.

Kesha was an incredible host! The place looked exactly as described—beautiful! We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. Check in was easy and Kesha provided great instructions when we asked about nearby grocery stores (there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away). We had a couple of issues with the fire alarm and plumbing that our host couldn’t have predicted and Kesha was so gracious and understanding about my communication and the entire situation. She came and solved each issue quickly and adjusted her schedule to meet ours to provide a swift solution to each issue. She made sure everything was made right and that our stay was comfortable for us and that we got our money’s worth. I would highly recommend Kesha as a host and this beautiful house for anyone to stay for their visit to DC!

We had a great stay here while attending my son's TBS graduation in Quantico. Close to everything and the house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean on arrival. Plenty of towels and accessories. Beds were all super comfortable. The entire house was very comfortable! The master bedroom was dark and quiet, so we slept great. We would definitely stay here again. James also allowed us to have an early check in as well as a late check out. All very appreciated. One suggestion I would have would be to have a larger couch in the living room to gather, but we didn't hang out in front of the tv very much, so that wasn't a big deal for us.

Kaleab's home was so beautiful and inviting! It really does have everything you need and more. We cooked almost every breakfast and every night for dinner to save on our trip and it really had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful TVs, the built in shelves and marble kitchen and bathrooms, and Master bathroom. That tub was amazing and I'm only sad I didn't spend more time in it. It was such an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking the sites downtown. Kaleab checked on us every day from before check in until after. And was super responsive to all messages we sent. I saw other reviews about the garage. We have a Subaru outback and got in and out easily. We were there a whole week and we loved it so much it was hard to leave. I will definitely check on this place if we ever come to DC again. Thanks again Kaleab!

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

The location was great, walking distance to great food options nearby, and easy access to major tourist attractions. Nice quiet neighborhood, and quick response from host when we had questions. Great coffee shop Wine and Butter just three minutes away, the historic Eastern Market is an easy ten minute walk.
