Old Town, Bologne : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

I had a fantastic stay at Lorenzo’s place! The house is beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The surrounding landscapes and scenic views are simply breathtaking, making the stay even more special. Lorenzo is an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide useful information about the area. He made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento molto grande e molto comodo, con due bagni e dieci posti letto. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno e una dispensa ricca di cibo per la colazione. Non ci è davvero mancato nulla, avevamo a disposizione anche microonde, macchinetta del caffè e tostapane. Priscilla è un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevolissimo e alloggio molto consigliato.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione comodissima per la Fiera, raggiungibile a piedi in 9 minuti, con parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze e un comodo bar sotto casa. Unico neo il divano-letto che è risultato molto scomodo (si sentivano le barre della struttura sotto il materasso). Letto e divano-letto sono nella stessa stanza.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het rustig gelegen en zeer net appartement van Maria Chiara. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en valt zeker aan te raden voor een verblijf van enkele dagen in Bologna.

The room was great. Private parking was very convinient. It was about 20minute easy walk to the city center. The walls might be thin though, I’m not sure the next door neighbors were just being loud or walls are thin, but we could hear them when we were trying to sleep. Other than that, it was great stay!

Skvelý hostiteľ, ktorého odporúčame všetkým na 100%🔝. Veľmi ochotný, priateľský, vždy rýchlo reagoval, snažil sa nám so všetkým pomôcť, jeho rady boli užitočné🥰. Ubytovanie je pekné, čisté, dokonca nám pripravil aj detskú postieľku. A občerstvenie, ktoré nám nechal na stole a v chladničke je niečo, čo sa len tak nevidí☺️...s takýmto niečím sme sa doposiaľ nikde nestretli a tento pán je ozaj SUPERHOSTITEĽ🔝🤩. Poloha bytu výborná, samotná ulica a štvrť mesta, kde sa byt nachádza, je viacmenej tichá a zároveň do 10min je peši hlavná železničná stanica, 20-25min je peši do centra mesta. Ubytovanie sa nachádza na 2.poschodí bez výťahu, ale zvládli sme to v pohode s 2 deťmi (obe majú ešte v kočík). V rámci pobytu sme boli na výlete v San Marine, Verone, Ferrare a sú to krásne miesta, ktoré sa oplatí vidieť. S vlakmi sa dá z Bologne super cestovať☺️. ĎAKUJEME za krásny pobyt!!!🥰

Una soluzione perfetta ancheper i viaggi di lavoro tra colleghi. La soluzione con i bagni indipendenti nelle camere è davvero funzionale. E c'è anche l'indispensabile per colazione e farsi un pasto

Votre maison, sa décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, la nature environante magnifique et vos délicieux petits déjeuners composés de pâtisseries maison, de produits locaux et frais, ont fait le délice de nos papies 😋. Sans compter, votre aide précieuse pour nous guider dans les lieux à visiter et l'organisation du séjour ! Sans conteste, c'était un séjour 100% réussi et je recommande chaudement à tous les amoureux de la nature, d'aller rendre visite à Sandra et Sergio ❤️. Au plaisir de repasser vous voir à l'avenir ! Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

La chambre était parfaite pour un week-end de 2 nuits. Le fait que la salle de bain privé soit dans la chambre est très pratique. Piero est un hôte très investi et sympathique avec ses voyageurs. Il parle très bien français.

Ilaria was a really caring Host and always looked After everything, so that all was well. The Flat was located next to the City Centre - really Good for us. Also the Option to have a well prepared breakfast was nice. A real 10/10 🤗

La casa era perfetta per la mia famiglia, calda e accogliente, ogni stanza con il suo bagno e la cucina tutta a nostra disposizione, abbiamo avuto una bellissima vacanza! Situazione logistica perfetta, giusta distanza con il centro. Parcheggio per la macchina molto vicino. Grazie

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.

Stanza bella, calda, confortevole e in pieno centro. Siamo arrivati senza problemi e ci siamo mossi per la città pensando di poter tornare “a casa” in ogni momento. Abbiamo viaggiato fino a Bologna per esigenze universitarie e le stanze sono a pochi minuti dai poli. Anna è stata molto gentile, la colazione fatta in casa perfetta. Consigliato in toto
