Old Town, Bologne : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

It was a pleasure for us to stay some days at this fantastic place. Maris Luisa is the best host we have ever met, she is truly open-minded and lovely. She helped a lot during our stay with her friendly attitude and great communication. The house is also superb, with fantastic construction and pinned with so many amazing arts and paintings. We definitely recommend this place for everybody!

La casa molto bella e pulita. I vicini straordinari, gentili e ospitali. Ciccio, il nostro cane, ha trovato un nuovo amico a 4 zampe, Jack (Il vero proprietario di casa 🤭) che si è preso cura di lui, presentandogli tutti gli abitanti della zona e sgridandoci quando lasciavamo Ciccio a casa da solo. Posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni ed evitare il traffico. Ambiente silenzioso e tranqjillo

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Linda , c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons car c’est vraiment un bout de paradis . Je vous recommande d’y aller sans attendre !

Il mio soggiorno è stato impeccabile. L’appartamento è curato e fedele alla foto e descrizione. Anche se mi sono fermato solamente una notte (viaggio di lavoro), ho trovato l’host gentile e molto disponibile. Inoltre la posizione è molto tranquilla e vicino a Imola, dove i paesaggi sono davvero belli. Consigliato!

We had a great time at Oscar’s place: the location offers great views and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire in the evenings and hikes in the area during the day. Oscar was a great host - very communicative and generous with his time, recommendations and wine! Highly recommended!

Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

This was our second visit to the villa, and we were as impressed as the first time. We work in Bologna all week and look forward to escaping to this peaceful setting at the end of each day. The beds are comfortable, villa is spotless, kitchen is equipped with all we need. The location is especially nice with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a larger van this year and didn't try to fit through the gate but found easy parking just in front or around the corner in a public lot. Safe, serene, pristine. We will be back again.

Siamo già stati recentemente in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati ancora una volta benissimo. Non manca nulla e la spa al piano terra è veramente splendida.

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

The house was beautiful with a private parking inside the gate. Walking distance to shops and the center of town, which is very picturesque with its castle, shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything was as described in the listing and the host had put up a beautiful Christmas tree. He was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Luca.
