Old Town, Prague 1 : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Très bon séjour chez Thao, le logement correspondait complètement à la description, tout le nécessaire était présent. Extrêmement bien situé avec tout à proximité: bus tram restaurants bars. Des infos très utiles nous ont été laissées. Thao s est montré flexible sur l’arrivée et le départ et compte tenu de nos valises c’était très agréable. Je recommande ce logement: très bon rapport qualité prix qualité et prix et paisible. Si vous ne voulez pas faire à manger Wolt vous livre.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prague and the house. It’s located near the dancing house, was super clean, it takes around maximum 20-30mins. to get to any beautiful site of town. Stations are really close and it’s super easy to get around. We had really friendly host responded to every question we had . We will definitely get back one day!

Appartement idéal en plein centre-ville. Spacieux et tranquille, facile d'accès, et toute la vieille ville à proximité.

Before we arrived the host contacted us to advise their was an unfortunate leak in the apartment (which was outside of their control) and it would not be able to be fixed before we arrived. They immediately offered us a generous refund and a lovely alternative apartment they had available. The alternative apartment was in a different location in Central Prague, but was very comparable in quality and style to the one we had booked. We were happy with the alternative accommodation, and we were happy that the host remedied and compensated us for the unavoidable situation (which the host also suffered from). Issues come up and they handled it well without causing us any unnecessary stress. We met Dominic at the apartment and he was very friendly and helpful. The flat was finished to a very high standard, with stylish and attractive furniture, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and was well heated in the middle of winter. I would absolutely stay in this host's properties again!

Con mi familia siempre hemos sido de hoteles cada vez que hemos viajado, pero lo que mas me ha gustado de este viaje fue el poder encontrar alternativas que son mucho mejores que un hotel 5 estrellas para una familia con dos niños. El apartamento de Tamara y Pavla no solo coinciden con lo que se ve, sino que también nos ha sorprendido en la fantastica ubicación; asi como las dimensiones y calidad del mismo. Mis hijos han disfrutado cada minuto que han pasado en el apartamento, y para unos padres viajeros, siempre eso es algo que se agradece. Solo el apartamento ya hacia valer la pena en magnifico viaje a Praga. Gracias Pavla y Tamara.

It’s a really cozy, beautiful and modern apartment, you can easily go to the city centre within 5-10 mins by tram and also there are a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around the apartment, Tereza is a really nice and responsible host, I wish i could visit there again soon! I was struck by how immaculately clean and beautifully decorated the space was. The host clearly put a lot of thought into the design, with modern yet cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for: a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed with soft linens, and a spacious living area perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was ideal—quiet, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions.

Fantastic stay in Prague in a beautiful apartment in old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well furnished and clean. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs, even in the beginning when there were some slight hiccups all on my side as well she was able to solve any issue. The apartment is perfectly located in the old town bars and restaurants. It’s easily accessible by walking to the most famous sites. The beds are incredibly comfortable in the kitchen is fully equipped. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Prague. Once you get past the climbing four flights of stairs, it becomes easier after that plus it’s good exercise probably you need to be aware that because you’re around so many bars they can get a little loud late in the evening and in the morning times, but the host provides fans which allow for Deb of some of that sound while you sleep. Personally, I didn’t mind it.

Très bel appartement, propre et spacieux, dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis très bien. L'emplacement est parfait, le tramway en bas de l'immeuble pour accéder au centre ville historique en 15mn. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hosts was very responsive and accommodating. The place is really nice and suited in a great location to travel to nearby clubs, restaurants and main attractions. The negatives I would give however, the hot water situation wasn't advised. You get 8 mins of hot water then it will go cold due to city waste mangement. This may be set in the city but it wasn't advertised which made it hard for 4 guys to work around. It was advertised there was an iron but we couldn't find one. Also I couldn't find an air ventilation system and with the dust building it triggered allergies. So may be worth posting this too for people who suffer with breathing complications. But overall nice and clean place and central to everything. Thanks again,

It was a nice and cosy stay for our family, especially thankful for letting in with our small dog and were really lucky to find a long stay in December with a short notice. Vktava nearby for walking and tram stop to the city centre are very much appreciated!

Wir waren zu viert in Maries wundervoller Unterkunft über Silvester und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung, eine AirBnB Unterkunft zu erleben, wie sie ursprünglich angedacht war. Sehr persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und außerdem perfekt ausgestattet. Gerne wieder und absolut zu empfehlen, danke!
