The home was immaculate with modern decor and furnishings. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. Backyard is beautiful with a very large pool that was well maintained. We definitely plan on staying here again.

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

A great place in a quiet neighborhood close to so much stuff to do in Scottsdale and Tempe. Plenty of room for a number of guests and a great backyard to enjoy the sun.

Great place to stay! Convenient location, nice pool, plenty of space. A couple of things to consider. No smoke monitors, they've all been removed. The landscapers came unannounced and asked us to go inside. Otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend

Nickole was always quick to respond to any questions. House is very spacious with a nice floorplan and located in a quiet neighborhood. Great private backyard with a heated pool. We have already booked for next year.

We loved our stay at this house. The bedrooms were all utilized as well as the pullout couch. Plenty of kitchen space as well as a large pantry to put items in. The heated pool felt incredible during the cold Phoenix night and the putting green was a lot of fun as well. This is a great place to stay. The host is communicative and provides detailed instructions that ensure the check-in process is easy. After a 6 and a half hour drive, we really appreciated being able to get into the house without any hassle. If we come back to Phoenix next year we will definitely stay here again

We frequently travel to Phoenix and have stayed at several of Sacha’s properties. This is my favorite one yet! The large unique yard was awesome, especially as we travel with our dog and grill frequently. With Sacha’s properties we know it’s always a reliable experience, great communication, and clean well-stocked houses. Great stay!

This place was perfect for our family and friends. The house was clean and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

What a BEAUTIFUL home! Jenn was such an amazing host, and the home is exactly as described and also in the perfect location with shopping, grocery stores and coffee shops etc. very nearby. The bedrooms are very cozy (extremely comfortable mattresses) and we loved our stay. We would definitely re-book during our next trip to Scottsdale— thank you so much!

This was a great find for our family on spring break. Spacious enough for our family of 4 and the backyard was a hit! The home office space was very helpful, beds were extremely comfortable, delicious citrus trees in the yard - we truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Our family loved this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone had a blast. There was plenty to do to keep us all entertained. The house was beautiful and well kept. It was plenty big for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood. The host was also great to work with!

Place is fantastic. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer without being in the center of the hustle and bustle. Home is super clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. We swam every day. The home is well stocked (one caveat there is no seasonings so if you plan on cooking throw some in a bag for yourself). Great value and Cathy is super responsive/helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Mark was a great host. Very fast in responding and very friendly. The house was very spacious perfect for our group.

Location in North Scottsdale was great! Pictures and descriptions all matched which was great. House was very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Very close to Kierland Commons shopping and restaurants which was perfect. Owner was very responsive on questions. Only call out was there is a lot of airport noise from the small commercial airport there in Scottsdale. We got used to it quickly and rarely heard much inside. Just was noisy when enjoying the backyard.

The property is very nice l, modern and cozy with beautiful backyard and a pool. The house was sparkling clean and smelled good. The best feature was the huge and extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom. This find was a gem for sure. We did had a very small issue with some supplies and the host resolved it in no time. I would 100% stay there again and highly recommend to others.

We had an amazing time! The place was incredible for a bachelorette! Very affordable, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. A fun float for the pool, coffee and tea, salt/pepper/oil for cooking, plenty of plates and silverware/baking and cooking utensils, etc. the bedrooms were spacious, had plenty of storage and closet space, and beds were very comfortable! Additionally, instructions for lights, using the pool/spa, the Sonos system, etc. were all available and clear. 11/10! It was close and easy to uber to old town and just a short drive to hiking trails. We absolutely loved the place and amenities! Almost forgot the pool and spa! Also incredible! Jackie was a great, responsive host and even left us a welcome basket. 10/10 would recommend!

This house was great for the space and well furnished kitchen. The pool and hot tub areas were great for the family members. Having outdoor kids toys was a plus. The ping pong table and large Connect4 and Jenga games were great. Note that if you are wanting to use the pool in the winter or cooler spring months , that you pay extra to heat it, above your rental rate. The kitchen was really great. Wonderful appliances. Beds were all very comfortable and we had lots of towels that we kept washing over the course of our 8 day stay. Having a washer / dryer was a bonus. I would recommend this house for large families or extended families. One note is that the house is located adjacent to multi unit apartment bldgs in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

Enjoyed our stay and had a fun golf trip. Great place for a group. Mark was a great host and made checking in and out really easy.

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

Easy to give Kelly a five star review!! From the minute we walked in, it was perfect. Organized kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms, truly an immaculate home with a lot of work in the details. Also a pretty quiet home for being in such a central location! She also checked in within hours of our arrival to make sure we were doing well and enjoying the house. I'd book this exact airbnb in a heartbeat!
