If you are looking for a mini-retreat near Louisville (and only 5 min from a great and extensive park/paddle/bike area, the Parklands), but surrounded by woods this is it! The Loft is a great place for 2 people, maybe 3. The hosts have taken great care to be very clear in their directions/instructions and to create a cozy home away from home. Everything was as promoted/described -- and the hot tub was even better than we expected. Beds are very comfy and mini-kitchen has the basics plus welcome details for the coffee drinkers out there. Highly recommended -- a lovey stay.

Emily's home was very clean with beautiful views. It is a perfect seasonal getaway, with clean beds/linens, great bathrooms/showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly liked the outdoor firepit. I would definitely consider Emily's place again in the future.

We've now stayed a Progress Park twice, and it has gotten even better than the last time! Lovely setting, super helpful hosts, and a great time for the whole family.

If you have the chance to stay here, absolutely take it! The hosts were the most welcoming and friendly hosts I’ve ever stayed with in all my years staying in airbnbs. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The airbnb was also so cozy, and EXACTLY what me and my fiancé wanted for our getaway to disconnect from the chaos of the world. If you love cats, they have the best ( and sweetest) welcoming committee possible! They offered so many helpful recommendations for local restaurants and places to shop as well, which was so amazing. I genuinely cannot emphasize enough how wonderful they, and their home are! I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

The place was located in a great area, close to shopping. It was a beautiful apartment, comfortably furnished. Charles was always responsive to any messages that I sent. I highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

This is a great place to stay, peaceful and quiet! Pool, hot tub, and bar came in handy when relaxing The margarita maker was clutch lol Dustin is always responsive when needed!

This place was amazing. Both Wes and Rachel were extremely accommodating and had everything we needed ready. The place was clean and stocked with everything to make our stay perfect. The boat ride down the river made for a memorable highlight. We will be back!

The 502 House was PERFECT! Was great for a 16th birthday party. Everyone was impressed and had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy more outside amenities. We all want to come back!

Stay at Peppermint Cottage in Norton Commons!

Peppermint Cottage was a fantastic place for our family weekend in Louisville. The house was beautiful and super clean. The attention to guests needs was impeccable- anything I looked for I found. She went above and beyond on extras like snacks, drinks, games, baby gates, and even a bedtime story and stuffy for my young grandkids. Norton Commons is a bit away from some attractions but easily reachable. A beautiful planned community with interesting restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy check-in and check-out and she was easily available if needed. Highly recommend!

This property is well maintained, has expansive living room and family room space. The furniture seems to be brand new and there lots of beds. It is a great fit for a large group.

My friends and I stayed at Kristina's place for the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, and it was an excellent experience. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just minutes from downtown, which made getting around really easy. Even though the weather interrupted our festival plans, Christina went out of her way to ensure we were entertained, providing great suggestions for local activities. The house felt like a home away from home, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
