Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Really great little cosy place. Met Marilyn who was really nice, she arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated. Just 1 night but we both slept great, testament to a comfortable bed. Very tidy spotless apartment. Up there with the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The only disappointing aspect was that we booked just one night.

I had a great long weekend at Jennifer’s place. Her local recommendations were super helpful. Entry was easy and the place was lovely. It was perfect for 4 days by myself for a work & fun trip.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. The condo location is perfect as it's across the street from the beach but the condo overlooks the bay so it is peaceful and you don't hear any of the loud motorcycles/cars that go down the main street. I was able to find covered parking at the condo everyday so your car isn't baking in the sun. You also have access to a pool and hot tub that we used every day. You are only about a 5 min walk to St. Johns Pass - which has numerous restaurants, water activities, shopping and ice cream shops.
