très bon accueil !! tres beau logement !! on a adoré notre sejour ! labmaison, le spa, la plancha sur le toit c etait vraiment bien !! vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! on peut se garer dans la rue et à proximité le marché couvert (viande,poisson, légumes) est a deux minutes à pied ferry pour les iles à 2 minutes

What a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were so happy about the location. The ocean was two blocks away. Fun pubs and shopping were only three blocks away. We could hear the sea gulls and ocean sounds from our three porches! The home was lovely and large enough to have gatherings for food and wine yet spacious enough to have personal quiet time. We loved the dining room table next to a large sliding glass door to see out to the ocean. We were able to walk less than two blocks for excellent authentic Portuguese food and tapas. We found parking for our van on the street easily and we walked to a huge grocery store just a ten minute walk away! We all felt safe in this location and could easily take evening strolls around the neighborhood and to a lovely wine bar just down the street with velvet chairs. There is no doubt we would come back in a heart beat. It truly is a gem!

Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! Perfect location and the accommodation was great with all amenities. The garden area is amazing with the added extra of the hot tub - sun all day and enjoyed fish on the BBQ in the evening. Couldn’t have been any better! Recommendation for local food was just round the corner at Taberna Vicentina restaurant. So good! Iguana cafe is worth a visit… sit out on the terrace with great views across the bay. We also walked around to Praia São Rafael and had a great pizza and drinks over looking the sea from the terrace at il Borgo. The accommodation is a very short walk into the main Old Town and the beaches. I met Carlos briefly and he was a lovely guy. Thank you for letting us stay, we really did have a great time.

An unbelievable villa: Fantastic value, prime location, welcoming hosts. Perfect for myself and 11 others for a 5-night holiday. The facilities were spot on, with a stunning pool and an outside barbecue area, which catches the sunrise over the pool and has the sunset in view in the evening. The inside was clean and bright, with a beautiful, warm exterior. The hosts were more than happy to answer any questions and make checking in and checking out as frictionless as possible. I could not recommend this villa enough. We thought it might be too far from the beach, but we were wrong, and with Uber & alternatives being so cheap, it really is no issue to get anywhere else. 10/10

Un logement spacieux, très bien pour un voyage entre famille ou entre amis ! La communication avec l’hôte était excellent. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles.

Villa Jasmine was absolutely incredible! It was by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed. It felt like a mansion. It was immaculate. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was fantastic and really warm (we paid a little extra to have it heated since it’s autumn). There was even table tennis in the garage. Sara met us as the villa and was available all week to message with any questions we had. She gave us recommendations for parking, restaurants and even where to get a bucket and spade. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van Bruno! Mooi huis, lekker zwembad en ook nog een heerlijke jacuzzi! Bruno is een geweldige host, mega gastvrij en reageert snel op vragen. Kortom, een top vakantie gehad! Echt een aanrader.

De villa is een mooi uitvalsplaats om te kust van de Algarve te ontdekken. Een auto is een pre om naar de vele kustplaatsjes en restaurants te rijden die deze omgeving kent in een radius van 10 kilometer. De villa heeft drie ruime slaapkamers, een goede keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer maar vooral hele leuke buitenplaatsjes. Zo kun je op elk moment van de dag wel ergens zon of schaduw plekjes vinden om samen tijd door te brengen. Het zwembad is ruim, verwarmd en goed onderhouden. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voelt wel echt als een huis voor de verhuur. De omgeving is rustig ondanks dat je naast de straat zit. Het is een soort villa complex met veel gelijksoortige villa's. Sommige bestemd voor de verhuur en andere bewoond. De verhuur wordt gedaan door een professioneel bedrijf. Pluspunten zijn dat ze goed reageren en ook langskomen bij problemen. Eveneens komt elke dag een schoonmaker. Zo voelen de schoonmaakkosten van Airbnb eindelijk als terechte kostenpost.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning in onze kerstvakantie. Grote teleurstelling was wel dat het zwembad niet warm was, terwijl juist daarmee geadverteerd werd. Deze was pas aan het einde van onze week vakantie op temperatuur. Uiteraard zijn we hier wel voor gecompenseerd. Verder is het huis prachtig, omgeving heel fijn om te hardlopen en met de auto uitstapjes te doen. We zouden graag weer eens terug komen.

Good place to stay with a larger group (we were 7 people). Lots of space for everyone and good pool to use.

we all really enjoyed our stay at villa - the facilities were great and the cleaner coming in everyday was a bonus for a large group. it was January when we stayed so we couldn't make use of the pool but the hot tub was good. we did. need a car or taxi to get to the old town and restaurants. I suspect more would be open near the villa in season . the owners and manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay .

We hebben weer een perfect winterverblijf in de Algarve. Ondanks dat we er vele jaren komen, heeft Wilson ons toch verrast met nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Daarnaast blinkt Wilson uit, doordat hij echter interesse, gastvrijheid en bezorgdheid heeft voor zijn gasten. dat is slechts weinigen gegeven. Kortom, een top host die je iedereen zou gunnen.

FABULOUS, as usual. Every possible need is well thought out and strategically located. Recruit Joao to instruct other owners how to truly provide for their guests. In two and a half years of traveling around Portugal, this is one of only two vacation rentals that provides everything one might need! Kudos, Joao. The location is fantastic, the view is amazing, and you made it a special, comfortable slice of heaven!

Lovely place. I didn’t realise it was split into two separate flats but that meant extra facilities as there are 2 kitchens and more privacy. Lots of space for 10 of us, lovely to have en suites or bathrooms for every bedroom. The pool is really fantastic and the outdoor kitchen area was great for bbqs and pizza. Hot tub is great. Jane the concierge was really helpful when 2 of the guests’ suitcases were lost in transit, she helped by calling the luggage company and to rearrange delivery. Really easy stroll to town with lots of restaurants and a few shops. Wonderful holiday, thank you!
