Great spot & perfect for our family. Comfy beds, large and bright modern kitchen, plenty of space in the family room for everyone! There was everything you needed in the kitchen to cook with and we even had baking pans to make brownies! The host sent a welcome email with a list of local attractions & suggestions which was helpful. Close to Wyndham. We loved it! Will stay again!! Thanks!

The place was so great! Quick walk to main st. Clean and nice house. Great backyard. Very comfy and cozy for a snowy weekend with two little kids. Eva was very communicative and texted about snow removal right away! Would def stay again on our next Beacon visit!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

We had a memorable white Christmas at Connie's place! The house is beautiful designed, maximizing the views to the amazing surroundings. The children were delighted to spot a fox and a family of deers. The house had everything we needed to feel fully at home. Connie was friendly, responsive and accommodating. My friends and I had a lovely stay in Sarah’s home to bring in the new year together. Sarah was very kind, attentive and responsive! Check in was seamless and the home was just as pictured. Rachel's house is ideally located off the main road in Tannersville, close to downtown and 10 minutes from Hunter mountain. It's spacious, squeaky clean, modern, perfect for a group. We were two families with kids ages 4 to 11 and appreciated the 3 beds, 3 baths, washer/dryer and open communal room layout. Rachel was very responsive and check out instructions easy to follow.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

John's listing is a beautiful and homely apartment in the center of Saugerties, that is easily walkable to the many restaurants such as Miss Lucy's Kitchen, bars like Dutch Ale House, cafes, and delightful boutique stores that made us quite nostalgic . The apartment itself has a very comfortable living area, kitchen and bathroom with all that you may need, a handy work area room with bed which we didn't require, and the bedroom was very comfortable for a restful night. To top it all, there is an outside area with private seating, which we can see would be lovely to sit outside for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the summer. We will just have to be invited back to experience that and more of the area. Highly recommend and grateful to John and Emma for their prompt responses during our stay. Thank you!

Nichole is a fantastic host and this place was just what we needed and just as advertized. Nichole was quick to respond to questions and the entire atmosphere is very cozy! Very close to all the great New Paltz restaurants!

The place was clean and was ready for us before the official check-in. It was homey, spacious, and gave us just what we needed. The house in the abnb app (and Google Maps where it's from) is not the right one; it's actually right next to the fire house, which is the one you see on Google Maps. It's close to everything you need in Cold Spring and a short 8-minute walk to the supermarket. A good find!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed in Poughkeepsie and overall in New York State. The place is very clean , it was recently refurbished , has good equipment for cooking, it is spacious. The parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. Owners are responsive. Very strongly recommend it.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Renate's place is perfect for a ski trip, is just 2 minuts drive to hunters mountain. Everything was clean and the space is great

Hannah was extremely responsive at all times. She even provided us with Oat Milk for our coffee! The water does have a sulphur odor but no worries there is a big water dispensing for drinking if so desire. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay in the Hudson Valley.
