I had a great time at Raices. It’s a 10/10 from me. The main reason I was there was for a retreat but I stayed for a couple of days prior to that starting and for a week afterwards. Harold has built an amazingly beautiful place in the heart of Sacred Valley. If you want to relax and unwind then this is the place to do it. It’s incredibly tranquil. He and his staff are also extremely attentive and helpful which adds to the overall vibe of the place. I’m already tentatively planning on returning in September.

Must stay here!! Stunning appartment with small kitchen which has everything you need including all kitchen essentials such as coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, water fountain etc ; a huge warm/cuddly bed; lovely modern bathroom; all within about 5 mins from down town Lamay. Lamay is a gorgeous little town of it’s own valley with a very cute town centre/square with a must visit coffee shop on the square. But what is special regarding this place are the hosts Norma and Tony. Gorgeous, warm and friendly hospitality, well travelled globally including Europe, Asia and US. English language is great! Great organic garden and river running past the property. Extremely relaxing with Hosts that are there for you! Loved it!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotlessly clean, exactly as described in the listing, and exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and accuracy in the listing made me feel confident in my choice. Everything was well-maintained, and the space was comfortable and inviting. Lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar de la ciudad. No se escucha ningún ruido durante la noche y el alojamiento es limpio y muy cómodo. Durante el día hay mototaxis en todo momento y que llegan a Písac en 5 minutos. Volveremos seguro!

La casa en Urubamba es simplemente preciosa, con un encantador estilo colonial que le da un aire muy especial. El departamento es amplio, cómodo y perfecto para descansar. Además, cuenta con muy buena señal de internet, lo que fue ideal para poder combinar trabajo y relajo sin problemas. Está a pasos de todo en el Valle Sagrado, lo que lo convierte en una excelente base para explorar la zona. ¡Muy recomendable!

JuanMa ha sido un super anfitrión..Desde el minuto 1 demostró su don de gente! Fue a buscarme al punto de encuentro, me ayudó con las maletas, me asesoró sobre buenos lugares para comer, para pasear. Disfrutè charlas profundas y graciosas. Me sentí en casa! La compañia de Erik (su perro) en casa es un regalo. Su casa, impecable. Volvería a quedarme alli sin dudas. Gracias Juan Ma por tu calidez.

Johuel is a wonderful host. He was very responsive with everything we needed. He even changed our towels and sheets during our one-week stay, which I found very thoughtful and impressively clean. He also let us store our bags for an afternoon after we checked out. One important thing to know is that the apartment is not soundproof; it’s in a complex where you can consistently hear other residents in their living spaces and showers. It was not a huge problem for us, but it was unexpected. Generally, the apartment was perfect, and I was very impressed by how clean and well-prepared it was. The shower was very hot and all cooking necessities were provided. Right behind the apartment is a beautiful trail through farmland up to the mountains. We suggest this home for people coming to explore the Sacred Valley. It is VERY easy to get to and from Urubamba and every town in the Sacred Valley. We would definitely stay here again! Todo estuvo bonito. Lo necesario para una estadía de dos personas. Me agradó mucho la comodidad y la organización del espacio.
