Our group of 7 (plus a baby) had a great stay - with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room for a group our size. The home is very modern, spacious and clean - very close to all the wineries and restaurants, whilst also a short distance from a small shopping centre. We would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful and very clean. Central to everything and very private. The spa was great. Had everything we needed and Heidi provided all the information we needed and communication was great. Will definitely revisit. Unfortunately the planned car rally didn’t go ahead due to the weather so we will need to return within 12months to redeem our vouchers. Thanks again

Had an awesome stay at this place! When we were on the property, whether it was in the house or out the deck it just felt so peaceful and secluded. The view was amazing – definitely a highlight. The house is super spacious, and there’s plenty of room to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made lunches and dinners super easy. Also, the sound system was a nice touch and added to the whole vibe. Justin was a great host, sent us video tour of the house and appliances prior to us checking in. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a chill, well-equipped spot!

Highest recommendation possible for Armando & his gorgeous home. We had issues with another airbnb & Armando was very understanding & accommodating last minute. Our teens were surprised & delighted to find A had left some chocolate bars for our arrival, a thoughtful treat after our holiday disruption. The peaceful and well thought out gardens, complete with water feature & large goldfish really are amazing. The home & beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated. The ducted air conditioning made the difference in the heat, with sleeping and during the day when we were resting after being out at the beaches, shopping 5 mins up the road at Westfield Kotara, op shopping at various vintage 2nd hand stores, finding bubble tea or visiting Taronga Zoo in Sydney. There's so much to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having 2 showers with toilets & a bath is always helpful. This home truly is amazing, as is Armando. Grab some cooking oil, your food & luggage & enjoy this home!

From the moment we walked in to the house, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Lovely space for people and pups.

A great quick getaway location. Even with rain the view from the covered deck is beautiful and a nice peaceful place to relax, bbq and get through a few books!

This apartment was stunning with gorgeous views in a great location. We used to live across the street and loved the feeling of being back home. Will definitely use as our base when we’re back on the coast next time!

My partner and I have just had three wonderful days at Sally’s and Andrew’s place , it was wonderful to wake up each morning witn the sparkling lake on our doorstep, Sally’s place was very warm and comfortable, a great place to unwind and relax, and the added bonus was it was so close to Sydney

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Anna’s place! The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a great location close to beaches, bush walking trails and shops. We especially loved the balcony and living room spaces - they were comfortable and allowed us to take in the wonderful surrounds of Kincumber. Thanks Anna!

The apartment surpassed our expectations - plenty of space for our family with 3 couples. Kitchen was fabulous - all the utensils we needed, plus beautiful crockery and platters. A really special place in a great location with lots of little extras like Turkish beach towels, old records to play on the record player etc. Thanks Amanda.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building offers excellent amenities, including the pool and the gym, making the experience even better. Very clean, spacious and tidy home. Perfect spot for a large group to getaway/attend functions or concerts. Took advantage of the pool close by and enjoyed the serenity. Awesome place and great communication from Charlie 😊

Extremely beautiful surroundings, right in the middle of a vineyard. seeing the hot air balloons in the mistake in the morning and the kangaroos feeding at dusk completed the beautiful stay!

The photos are extremely accurate, lovely two bedroom villa. We had a very relaxing time here, plenty of books and a few games to choose from to keep ourselves entertained as well. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. A well appointed villa in a lovely part of the world

The villa was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, well appointed and the hosts were so lovely. Highly recommend and I hope to have another weekend getaway there.

Our third time staying at Brokenback & we will definitely be back. The villa is lovely and very well appointed, great location close by to all of Hunter Valley’s attractions. The veranda with a comfortable lounge is a highlight, watching the stars at night from there is magical.
