We stayed at 1900 Cottage when we were In Yates Center for a family celebration. The cottage is very clean and well decorated. Everything is updated yet they have kept the original charm of the home. Home is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the historic town square. Nicole was responsive and proactively reached out when a neighbor had parked in front of the home before we arrived. Nicole has thought of everything her guests may need (plus more). Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again in the future.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Was an amazing stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was as pictured and was very comfortable and cozy. What really stood out to me were all the homey little touches. For starters, INCREDIBLY dog friendly! Dog bowls, toys, balls, waste bags, dedicated pet towels, and even leash hooks. But there were plenty of extras for the humans as well: lots of bottled water, coffee and tea drinks in the fridge, plenty of cooking utensils, and a coffee bar. In the bathroom, there were hair styling tools, nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps, big fluffy towels, a full tub and shower, and extra toiletries like toothbrushes and also sunscreen and bug spray. I loved all the motivational decorations! Outside, nearly everything needed for the fire pit and grill was provided. The countryside was so beautiful and quiet, and is only 10 min from stores and restaurants. Our stay was so serene and peaceful, and it was exactly the break we needed from our busy lives. We can't wait to return. Thank you so much for having us!

The cottage was so adorable and quaint. Very clean and had everything we needed including activities and books for our children which we appreciated! The nearby train was a bit loud and unexpected but once we got used to it, it was just fine. Would recommend this stay!
