Great location close to amenities and university of Ibadan. The cleaners ensure the apartment are cleaned on daily basis with fresh bed linens. Interestingly, Victor has keen interest in green environment. The apartments invested a great deal in solar energy. Victor was very approachable and gave me a few hint about solar energy too. The apartment has constant non-stop electric power supply throughout my stay. When I checked out, Victor assisted with transportation to their other apartments where I later lodged as I needed to stay extra days. However, this time very close to Bodija market. I will definitely recommend Amazing Grace Hostel and Apartments to everyone visiting Ibadan.

This property is home away from home. Right from the first day I walked in there i was Treated like a queen. please be rest assured of maximum security and 24hrs light. Taiwo and Yk were very responsive and respectful. The kitchen was impeccable and everything you need is available. Rooms are tidy and very organized. The host Aunty Bookie didn't only ensure I was well taken care of but went ahead to give me a humongous discount 😀 😉. Now let's talk about Bala honorable Metusela the gateman became like family, very humble, helpful and hardworking. He ensured we didn't lack anything from power change over to washing our car every day. It was a blessing staying at this property. Oh less I forget on the day I was meant to check out I became Ill so I couldn't leave ibadan.I was offered a another free night to stay until I felt better. How kind can one person be,? Truly home away from home. if you are in ibadan and you need 24hrs light, AC and good security this property is the best choice

My stay at this Apartment was fantastic, but what truly made it exceptional was the incredible host, Aramide. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Her hospitality was top-notch—she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, but it was Aramide’s attentiveness and genuine care that made this experience stand out. She is an absolute asset to this place, and her dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. If you’re considering booking this Airbnb, know that you’ll not only be staying in a great space, but you’ll also have the privilege of being looked after by an outstanding host. I can’t recommend this place (and Aramide!) enough.

So nice that we stayed twice. We extended our stay to accommodate our travel plans. I'm glad they still had availability and we were able to stay in same apartment.

Malcolm is a wonderful host, very available to help, he made breakfast stuff available for me, he offered to chauffeur me around but I had that sorted out already, my host was very attentive, proactive always ready to help. the house is according to the picture I saw on the app, all amenities listed here was in accordance with what I saw in the house. he even made women stuff available. The place is private, security is tight, dinners are closed by, nice joints close by for those that like pepper soups and drinks, if you need help with directions to go anywhere ask Malcolm he will help you out. Having visited Ibadan before, i must confess that Kayode's place stands out amongst the rest. The location was very central the accessible. The amenities were as described on the page and the host was very hospitable. The listing had a standby generator and wifi that made my working visit very comfortable. I would no doubt recommend this listing to friends and family.
