Grateful to have found this gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown Reno area, yet only minutes away by car, and surrounded by views of the Sierras (actual snow capped mountains)! Enjoyed quiet, clean and comfortable privacy for a retreat getaway experience.

Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

Absolute marvelous 3 day-stay at this property! Just moments from the Big Spring Gondola, seconds from the general/gift store, and underground parking. Outstanding internet speed makes this a superb option for work/play vacations. Lola is very responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here next ski season for sure!!!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

We had a great stay at Marci’s house. Everything was as described. The location is great-so close to the lake & a short drive to Truckee, North Star etc. The beds were comfy & all appliances were very new. The big back yard was great & we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only negative is the hot tub is in the backyard so a bit of a walk through the snow to get to it in the winter. Not a deal breaker but just something to note. Would stay again.

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Shirley's place was perfect for our little family. In a great location with all the amenities, it has everything you need - especially when travelling with a toddler. We had the best vacation here and would stay again. We would recommend this to all families and friends!

My wife and I spent a few nights here and loved our stay ! The condo is nicely decorated – super comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and quiet. Great amenities include nice appliances, everything needed for cooking meals, smart TV, nice bed and even boot heaters. Location is fantastic – Condo is about as close as you can get to the village. In the morning, grab your skis from the locker just outside the door, walk about 150’ to the Village/Condo Run and ski down to the Big Springs Gondola which opens at 8:30. When you’re done on the mountain, just follow signage for Village Run and take the last left to the Condo. We were here for some late March Spring Skiing - in mid-winter you should be able to ski in/out right to the Condo with little walking required. After a day on the mountain, we enjoyed the recreation center hot tub and pool. Substantial gym, showers, lockers, pools and hot tubs. We will definitely try to schedule our next NorthStar trip at Liliana's...

This place was fantastic! I absolutely loved the location. Being able to ski in and ski out is important for me. The balcony has a great view and is lovely amenity. This spot is really close to a lot of good food and shops right in the Village. I def would recommend this spot!

Perfect stay! Clean, updated, prime location and nice unit. We stay at/near Northstar village often and we are definitely bookmarking this one. Can’t beat it!

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

My wife, daughter, and myself enjoyed out time at Valentina's home. It was exactly as she described and extremely close to the Village. We had a great two day snowboarding trip and would stay here again when coming back to Northstar.

John’s place was the perfect spot to spend a Northstar ski weekend. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and cozy. The free shuttle to the Village picked us up right across the street and was so convenient!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Northstar Resort! The location was extremely convenient—nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by towering pines, offering plenty of privacy while still being just minutes from the ski resort. The convenience of the free shuttle service was a game-changer! It picked us up right at the front door and took us directly to the village and ski slopes in just a few minutes. Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. We also appreciated the washer/dryer, large flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and all the thoughtful touches that made the space feel luxurious. On top of all that, the host was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Overall, this home is perfect for families couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Northstar. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is immaculate , great location with super friendly, responsive hosts. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful right next to the park. We absolutely recommend this jewel.

What a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. The house is spacious and has many toys and board games. We went during the tail end of winter, as described, there was a slope in the backyard where we were able to sled from it! Hopefully we can go back to it again next winter!

Our family of 4 has a great peaceful stay at Suzanne's home. We like staying in Tahoe Donner when possible and Suzanne's home was the a great option. She was accomodating to our request before arrival and communicated quickly with questions during our stay. The kids loved discovering the kids rocking chair, sleds, baby books and DVDs! We wished we could have stayed longer. thank you for the hospitality

Colin's place was a great fit for our Tahoe trip! Everything is as pictured, and the location was great for access to the resorts and to the restaurants and stores in Truckee. Getting in and out was easy and Colin was a proactive communicator throughout.

David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!
