The condo was incredible. Great location in Northstar. Easy access to lifts including the ability to ski right to the back of the condo at the end of the day. We absolutely loved our stay and will look to book again!

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). We loved the home and would definitely book this place again. Well stocked kitchen and many board games for the kids to play. Our family had an awesome time. The little ones are already asking when we’re coming back.

Perfect location for skiing Heavenly Resort! It only took 5-10 minutes to get to the mountain and the Safeway grocery is two minutes from home, very convenient. Coming home to the hot tub and huge indoor pool was very comforting and soothed the sore muscles. Lots of room in the home and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a winter storm while there and the 14” of snow was cleaned up at 7:30am so we were able to get out and back to the mountain with no problem. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the place. Thanks for the home away from home!

Let me us start off by saying thank you, for sharing this beautiful home with us, we stayed in this phenomenal home 3/22-3/27, and we did not want to leave. If we could give this home a 10 star followed by 2 thumbs up we would. This home was so beautiful and peaceful. Every room had its own peaceful vibe, the brick, all the beautiful plants throughout the home were thriving and happy. We grilled and ate several delicious meals outside and the only thing missing was being able to jump in the pool, but it was off season for us, so to those who rent this place in summer omg, you guys will be in heaven! Being in this home makes you happy and dream, we all.prenteded it waa our home even if for just a moment and those are the moments the heart remembers. At night time downtown reno sparkles, from master bedroom during the day you see reno, all the beautiful trees and in the distance the American flag :) This place is a gem it exceeded all of our expectations and matt and Ian are so nice 😊

This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly clean, and the layout was perfect for families. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Pack 'n Play, toddler chair, kids' dining table, and dark curtains that made nap time easier. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the emergency supplies, like flashlights, were a great touch. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location within Tahoe Donner was ideal—fun for the kids and just a short drive to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort. A perfect home for a getaway weekend. It was minutes to Heavenly slopes and all the local shops. The house had a comfortable cabin feel, was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth trip.

If you're looking for an amazing, spacious FAMILY house, Gavin's house would be the perfect place to stay. This house offers a variety of family board games, a ping pong table, a pool table, 2.5 bathrooms, and fantastic sleeping areas. And let's not forget the fold-out couch, which serves as a bonus bed. Gavin's house is equipped with towels and extra blankets as well. Plus, it has everything you need for cooking, including his incredible spice cabinet. Therefore, we would like to say mahalo all the way from the 808.

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This was a great place for a Tahoe vacation for my dad and I. The house is very nice, has comfortable furniture, and is situated in a very peaceful area yet extremely accessible to other areas of north Tahoe.

This was a great home with plenty of room for us to hang out as a group and cook together! Martin was very responsive when we had questions. Parking was also easy. I would love to stay here again!

This being our first time staying at an AB&B, I didn't know what to expect. What we found was a unique area of town that was beautiful and close to freeways. The place itself was so cool! They took a lot of time trying to make it as homey as possible. And it really showed. We loved the place and felt like we were at home were stay. They thought of everything, even Q-tips!! I will gladly come back to this location on my next visit. Don't need to look any further.

Maria’s place was perfect for a getaway and business trip! Place was tucked away and very quiet at night. Interior felt like an art museum with lots of unique furniture, pieces, and floral themed items. Huge fridge! My wife and I would come back ASAP!

We enjoyed our stay at the Larid cabin! The home was comfy, clean and walking distance to the private beach, restaurants and other outdoor activities. Communication clear and the host always responded quickly. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, wonderful home and great location. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about it, just book it! Worth every penny!

We lived here for two nights on our Tahoe ski trip and had a wonderful and comfortable stay! The hosts were very clear with the check-in and check-out instructions and the home itself had everything we needed and felt spacious and cozy.

A very nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for our few days in Reno. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, but just be mindful if there are other tenants in the back units they will be right next to you and therefore no privacy if you’re in the backyard. But I give it a great rating as it served our needs perfectly. The host Jo is extremely responsive and accommodating and we were able to check in early
