Communication was easy. Location is superb. Jonathan and yayoi was also super helpful in helping us clear some snow on the driveway when we arrive. House is very clean and heating was great. House remained warm throughout while it snowed all week in hakuba. Would def love to return!

깨끗하고 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 인테리어가 매우 훌륭하고 주방 조리기구 및 편의시설이 훌륭했습니다. 나가노에 스키여행으로 와서 하쿠바,묘코,시가고원등이 모두 차로 1시간 거리에 있어 아주 좋은 위치라고 생각 합니다.

Highly recommended self-catering accommodation for larger groups! Bedrooms are generously spacious and the big living room area is nice for relaxing together. The beds are unusually comfortable with great quality mattresses and blankets. We all slept very well! Communication with the hosts is really great, when we faced any issues (e.g. warm water not working) they responded quickly and fixed it straight away. Walking to ski lift (Akakura Onsen Ski Area) is 15min slight uphill but doable. Many great restaurants within walking or short car ride distance.

My group of 6 had an amazing time here - it had everything we needed including ski storage, spacious and comfortable living / dining to hang out in and other amenities e.g. laundry, etc. Desmond and his staff were very accomodating and helpful in communication and helped us transport luggage during check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

This is a great location just off the Main Street in Echoland. Still quiet and peaceful.

Snow condition is always wonderful in Hakuba, while our ski trip was perfect due to the superb Villa. The house is cosy with all amenities needed for our family. The sauna and jacuzzi experience just made our life perfect after whole day skiing. The hoat and his staff are truly responsive, even sending dishwasher detergent in the evening within 15 mins after receiving our message. I will definitely come back and stay here again! Masuda-san was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She responded promptly at check-in, sent helpful location links, and met us at the door to give a quick but thorough tour of the house. She went above and beyond by providing a baby bathtub for our infant and even buying strawberries for our kids. She also set out children’s books, which was a sweet touch. The house is in a great location—right across from a mall with restaurants, a grocery store, and shops. Matsumoto Castle and the shopping district are a short walk away. Inside, the home blends modern amenities (kitchenette, modern bath, coffee, etc.) with traditional Japanese charm. If you have energetic kids, note the delicate sliding paper doors and valuable artifacts. Masuda-san kindly moved breakables when she saw our 5-year-old. Also, the rooms are bright at night due to street lamps, so consider an eye mask if you’re light-sensitive.

The most magical place I've ever been. The lakefront house has a spectacular view. It's beautifully decorated, and the facilities are like new. The host was very attentive to all my questions, even when there was a situation beyond his control where he tried his best to resolve it. He showed genuine interest in resolving it and making amends. It's highly recommended for long stays. Keep in mind that there's no supermarket nearby, but there is a 7/11 a five-minute walk away. A very good sauna is located 10 minutes away. I would come back a thousand times.
