Ein super tolles Apartment mit Meerblick (Meeresrauschen hört man bei offenem Fenster und ist sehr beruhigend) Ausstattung ist sehr modern und die Unterkunft war super sauber. Wir haben den Smart TV benutz, was vom Bett aus echt klasse ist! Es ist außerdem ein kleiner Campingtisch in einem der schränke, worauf man super essen konnte! Klare Empfehlung, wir würden es direkt wieder machen. Abdullah hat uns sehr gut beschrieben wie die Schlüsselbox funktioniert (ist kinderleicht) und war auch sehr bemüht direkt aufkommende Fragen zu beantworten.

Beautiful apartment and location along with a wonderful host.

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

This place is not a condo with no character outfitted with IKEA furnishings owned by a group of investors. Rather it is the family home the host grew up in. It is a spacious nicely furnished home in a small fishing village with a great view of the sea. It is a peaceful, off the grid location. Good AC and fans in every room. Wifi works great. Mohamed is a very responsive host who is happy to engage on recommendations for the local area. He provides detailed instructions including a video on how to find your way through the fishing village to the house.

The flat is good and clean. It is spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend it.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre magnifique et paisible, ainsi que l'espace généreux de l'appartement. C'était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après nos journées de visites. Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

I stayed in Rashad's apartment for a month; it's modest and contains everything you need for a longer stay. The host is exceptionally helpful and responsive. You have many grocery shops and restaurants within a walking distance of the apartment. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The apartment is described as luxurious and that is exactly what it is. It is modern, very clean, fully equipped- we cooked at times - and very well located on The Walk, probably the most fashionable place to be in Muscat at the moment. Everything is very new. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a supermarket is immediately at hand. The Walk is pedestrianised, sometimes lively but remains peaceful and feels very safe. At the end of the Walk is a marina where you can stroll around. On top of all this, Halal is a very responsive and helpful host. He made arrangements with the cleaners so that we could have an early check-in. Highly recommended. Go for it!

The flat was big enough for 4 people, furniture is clean and seemed brand new. Before we checked in Mike got us towels, provided with some products, he was always in touch and would always reply so we felt free to ask something. he also gave us lots of tips about places to see. the area is very quiet, you won't be disturbed by any neighbors. Mike is a very hospitable owner
