Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

I spent 10 wonderful days at Uta's villa. This luxurious villa made an unforgettable impression on me. It has everything needed for a peaceful, high-end retreat. Uta has thought of every detail. I really enjoyed the design and all the little eye-catching details, as well as how conveniently the space is organized. The outside area, which includes a pool, dining table and a lounge chair, is enclosed by a fence, creating a sense of privacy. There's also an outdoor shower where you can shower while gazing at the stars. 🤩 Truly blissful! The house has everything necessary for daily life, from a washing machine and dishwasher with supplies to kitchenware, an iron, and an ironing board. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, with a café offering incredibly delicious food and a bar serving drinks. The place is far from the city, and the surrounding quiet atmosphere sets the mood for total relaxation. Uta, thank you so much for hosting me. Hope to see you again! ☺️

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Very friendly and helpful host, he was easy to reach at any time. It is in a beautiful and quiet location, with sea views. The facilities were good, everything was there. Highly recommended.

One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. 5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

My spouse and I stayed at this home, and Bader was incredibly precise, responsive, timely, kind, and patient. He guided us through every single detail. Beyond just the trip and the flawless home we experienced, I’m truly happy to have met Bader. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I sincerely appreciate him. As for the house: He had left some snacks and cold water for us before our arrival. Very clean. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Everything was within a 5-minute walk: Supermarket Massage salon & beauty salon Beach

The apartment is cosy and comfortable with everything you need, perfect for our relaxing getaway. It's located in a very peaceful area (we went outside of Khareef season). Beautiful view right on the beach. The town of Taqah is lovely, and so are all the people! Just before sunset the beach comes alive with families, playing and hanging out, enjoying a cup of coffee from one of the local shops. Abdullah is a great host. He was super responsive, and always ready to help with tips and recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape and enjoy the serenity of Salalah. 🇴🇲 ❤️

Sehr schöne -wie beschriebene- Wohnung, mit einem sehr angenehmen Gastgeber. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte absolut problemlos & einfach. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt über Andrin sowie seinen Kollegen. Jederzeit wurde Hilfe angeboten und wir haben viele Empfehlungen bezüglich schöner Ausflüge und Ausflugsziele in und um Salalah ausprobiert und sind sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht :) Wir können die Wohnung sowie den Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.
