I was a little hesitant about booking this property at first as it’s was a bit more expensive than other properties surrounding but I glad I did because it’s really worth it. Feel like home as everything was exactly how I would like it: the unit was spotless clean inside out, there’s plenty of extra towels, clear instructions and yes amazing view from the porch and hot tub. I even saw rainbow 4 times while staying there on a rainy day. Definitely come back. Thanks Martin!

Très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre de Queenstown, de toutes les commodités (commerces, activités …). Logement très soigné fidèle à l’annonce. Petit bémol : supplément à régler pour la 3ème personne utilisant le canapé, ce qui n’etait pas annoncé.

Highly recommend this apartment overlooking the Shotover River. Just out of Queenstown & a short drive to Arrowtown with restaurants & a local spa within walking distance, this is the place to be to relax & enjoy the view. Exactly as described, Kirsten is a super helpful host.

Great stay! Clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our time here.

What a great experience. We had a last minute change in our plans and Darren & Ali's place came in clutch. They accepted the request right away, we were checked in within the hour. Their place was set up perfect for a family and the location was very convenient to stores, etc. It was very peaceful facing the park as well. I recommend!

Loved this place! Quick walk to the lake which was beautiful and lovely to walk around. The unit was very clean and as described, and Susie was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up. We did struggle a bit with the wifi connection so just something to keep in mind if you plan on working remotely. She was always quick to help though. The jacuzzi was also really nice under the stars.

We had a great stay here. Our children really enjoyed using the amenities (pool, ping pong, tennis courts)! The apartment was a great size for our family, clean, well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in/out was great, it’s in a great location, and we would love to stay here again! Thanks!

The place was as described. Cleanliness was great with one exception -- mildews along the shower sliding door rails and edges of the shower. Given that most other aspects of the place were clean except for this issue, I assumed it had to be an oversight that the host will deal with once they are aware of it, but since ours was a 2-night stay, we did not bother to inform host. Overall, the property was pleasant and as promised, and we enjoyed our stay. The property is located near supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and easy access to the route to Mount Cook. The host was responsive, and had prepared detailed helpful manuals on the appliances and the restaurants. We did not try the restaurants nearby and opted to optimize our time at Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo, where we ate an early dinner on the first night, and cooked at the property on the second night. Well equipped property and kitchen, good size rooms and living room, allowing us plenty space to put our luggage and hang.

This is a great house being fully equipped with everything you need. It's light, airy and modern. The outdoor space is great too. And in a quiet neighbourhood. Just one recommendation - bring an eye mask if you like dark bedrooms. The master bedroom has modern white venetians, and these don't block out much light.

Lovely property in a great location with an incredible view. Accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. Fire kept us warm and we loved spending time in the hot tub taking in the view of the lake and mountains after a day sight seeing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! A unique and wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. Sam and Jen were incredibly helpful with some questions before our arrival. Loved every minute of our stay in this lovely home!

Nice place, easy to find. We had the house for our race crew for an event. Few minutes to the race circuit and a few minutes in the other direction for shopping and restaurants. Very Handy

Wonderful space for a large group! Excellent view and very accessible by foot to town and all of the hiking we wanted to do!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place to stay with a baby as toys, portacot and highchair were all provided. It was super convenient to town. A bit of a walk back up the hill but was good exercise and totally doable even with our baby in the front pack. Gas fireplace, heat pump and heaters in the bedroom kept up cosy and warm.

We loved this Airbnb! It’s located in a tranquility neighborhood, with privacity and silence. Even so, in 15 minutes you can go to Queenstown downtown by car, and in 5 minutes you have restaurants, supermarkets. You can park your car in front of the building. The apartment has everything you need, with a good bedroom, a clean bathroom with laundry, and the kitchen has all utensils. You have either a amazing view to the mountains. We recommend 100%!!!

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Need to be an expert driver to reach. No restaurants nearby, but an excellent accommodation with a view to kill for
