Beautiful house a short distance from the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and Mt Maunganui where the view is ace. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay (we did 9 nights). Stand out restaurant nearby was Solero. Saltwater bar for relaxing & happy 2 hour cocktails, beer and Taittinger 😊 Brew Co for a great selection of beers. Sea People for ice cream. Friendly hosts too. Recommended.

Jessica's place was amazing, loved the outdoor space to sit after a busy day with a beer. Easy couple of minutes stroll to the town & beach which is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great shower. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!

Die Lage ist ideal – in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber dennoch nah an Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie dem Park von Tauranga und dem Mt. Maunganui. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful, spacious property in a fabulous location right near a lovely beach. Breathtaking garden with steps down to a stream at the bottom. Excellent deck area where you can admire the view of the garden. The property was very clean and very comfortable to stay in.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

This is a very peaceful place to stay. Although it has an unassuming entrance through the carport, as soon as we stepped inside we felt at home. Moana has put together a really charming happy space, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. And stepping out to the multi level deck is just lovely, and a great place to lounge with coffee and book. The lawn in front of the deck is beautifully private, surrounded by pretty natives including Pohutakawa. It is a lovely restful space to look out on, with a sea view in the distance. We loved staying here, and found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful. The swimming beach is only small, and often shared with fisherman, but we easily headed up coast to larger surf swimming beaches. We walked in to some local awesome waterfalls, and found a beautiful garden centre cafe. All in all a great place for a base to explore BOP. Thank you Moana, we hope you earn superhost status soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. Always something happening on the water. An idyllic spot to relax and yet close enough to do lots of exploring of the greater area. Thanks for making us welcome, a great place to stay.

A wonderful clean and spacious home. Very quiet location on the farm which was a great way for us to unwind after a wedding at the Red Barn which was only 18 minutes away. The kids weren't too keen on the cats but we could happily keep them outside.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

Our little family of 5 (kids 8,6,3yo) just spent 2 nights at this lovely farmstay. It was not just accommodation it was a memorable experience for our family. Our hosts were very quick to answer any queries and more than happy to show us around the farm and meet their friendly animals. The kids had fun collecting eggs, feeding the rabbits, goats and cows! Any extra energy they had to burn was spent jumping on the trampoline and swinging on the hammock. The farmstay is very close to the papamoa hills walk which had an amazing view at the top. The fully equipped kitchen had any appliance you could need and the little fireplace is a beautiful touch. Would love to come back one day!!! Thankyou for having us :)

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Lovely stay. Amazing location - perfect to walk anywhere in the Mount. Tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loretta and Brian are friendly and helpful.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.
