Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Absolutely loved the place - view was great and the place is adorable. Lots of food options 5 minutes away, and great access to downtown public spaces on Lake Taupo.

Amazing, stunning, everything was thought of! Will definitely be back again!

An amazing time enjoyed by friends from NZ and UK with young families. The house was fitted with everything wr needed, with a very homely feel to it! Some of the highlights: - feeding the pet sheep - picking organic fruit from the fruit trees - enjoying family meals around the dining room table with the beautiful view - playing in the pool - relaxing on the deck watching the beautiful night sky without light pollution Beautiful place to stay and catch up with friends. This home was absolutely beautiful, private and so well presented. It's modern and had everything we needed. The cleanliness was top-notch and the private spa pool was a perfect touch for a girls weekend. It truly felt like a home away from home. Karen was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great location easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, also very close to the lake. Bachcare was very quick to respond to any questions. Great communication. The only thing that would have made it slightly better was it was quite hot in the smaller bedroom. The only window was a skylight and there wasn't anyway to open it. The main bedroom was lovely though, air con and big windows.

Fantastic place to stay in Kinloch - walking distance to the lake, local tennis courts, playground and pump bike track...great for a family holiday. Beautiful modern home with all the bells & whistles and fantastic heated pool. Had everything we needed and also only 20 min drive to Taupo. Highly recommend.

Beatrice helped us find her connected loft unit and the main abode to accommodate our large family. We were very happy with the clean home and the lovely yard. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Beatrice was also very responsive with our questions. Don't look anywhere else. Will be recommending to our friends.

Beautifully put together space for dogs and their people. Nicely landscaped and set back from the road so quiet and private. Spotlessly presented with everything you need for an overnighter or longer.

This is a home that we will cherish the memories of. We are so grateful to have stayed in this magical spot, in a home filled with much love and history. We were all so comfortable and the view of the river from the property was so peaceful. You can walk along the banks and even jump in. It’s beautiful and pristine clean. Wow! This is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. We encountered a tricky situation, and the host set off from Auckland at 1 AM to help us. This was my parents’ first trip to New Zealand, and the experience left them with a great impression and deep gratitude. I highly recommend this place—you’ll get an amazing house with convenient access to many attractions.

Great location convenient for exploring Tongariro National Park and the Tongariro Crossing. Comfortable and clean home. Helpful, friendly, and responsive hosts. Would definitely come back.
