The home is set in lovely bush at tree top height. The bird life was beautiful with Tui, Kereru and even Kaka visiting us on the balcony. The house was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and hot tub. Great close track down to Hekerua bay. Stay Waiheke were great hosts.

The house was absolutely stunning and Rick was a great host, with added touches to make the stay more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s in a beautiful location and the house itself has all the right amenities. It was a very luxurious stay indeed!

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Absolutely lovely few days here celebrated my fathers 70th birthday awesome huge backyard with bbq and outdoor dining area for us also bonus with the golf tee off area and mini golf. Spa pool was lovely and had flowers garden and fruit trees to look at aswell. Thankyou for sharing your property kind hosts.

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

This is an awesome place to stay. The views are stunning, you could sit and stare for your entire trip and forget the beach is a few mins drive away. Private and peaceful. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely, clean, bright and very well equippedAirbnb. The location was fantastic with lots of walking trails and great views as well as a beach nearby. An easy trip into downtown Auckland, but very nice to be in a more residential neighbourhood. The hot tub was lovely. Thank you to Tammy and her family for all of the treats.

A wonderful home close to Eden Park. We went to the P!nk concert, got to listen to for free on the first night and go ourselves the second. House was lovely and as described will, be back foe the next concert. Thank you!

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

The place is beautiful and the view spectacular. It's walking distance to beach. Also it's adjacent/within a 'resort' with restaurant and pool, staff, so you have plenty of support and amenities. It's across the bus stop, which comes in handy because taxi fares on the island are astronomical but public transportation is punctual and efficient.

We loved our stay as we were an extended family and a few friends, part of a wedding party, attending a wedding at Markovina Vineyard Estate (5mins away). Irrespective, it is an incredibly private, spacious, beautifully maintained property to base yourself out of, when exploring this beautiful part of North Auckland! Orchards, wineries, breweries, sights and experiences! We loved our stay and hope to be back! Thank you!

This house was absolutely incredible! The photos honestly didn’t do it justice it was just massive and the pool with the stunning view was a dream. The projector was also such a great touch and our guests had a lot of fun watching music videos and doing karaoke in the large room. Daisy’s communication was great throughout the process too. My only feedback would be there wasn’t enough basic kitchen items such as larger plates and platters for cheese boards or any salt, pepper and sugar that we could see so would suggest bringing your own! But apart from that super minor inconvenience everything else was incredible and everyone had an amazing time! Would love to return some day!

Abi's home is a period style gem in a great neighbourhood. It is a particularly stylish house that also manages to hit that sweet spot of a very being comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the living space is great, especially with the doors rolled back to make use of the outdoor deck. Being summertime in NZ, we took full advantage of the swimming pool, spending hours at a time chilling out there. The neighbourhood is perfectly located, with a supermarket and very appealing cafes and parks just a block away. Even better, it is only a 10 minute walk to the high street in Ponsonby where everything you could want is located in terms of shops, bars & restaurants. The kitchen is great and really well set up with everything you would need to cook a big family dinner which is exactly what we enjoyed. Abi was very gracious in all of her communications with us, being very flexible to our travel arrangements. This is the perfect stay in Auckland, with everything you need to either stay in and enjoy the space or get out and stuck into the cafe culture of Auckland.

The size of the house and facilities provided were very good for a 7 night stay for our family; my wife and I, our sons and partners and 2 young grandsons. Checkin was simple and we found a very clean house. Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The owners were very responsive to a couple of queries we had and even provided some additional facilities to assist us, thank you. The house appears to be a 1970-80s style and fit out, and had numerous useful living/ dining areas. Our family and especially our grandchildren loved the swimming pool, spa (which was always warm) and the sauna; the large pool table provided lots of fun and entertainment for the men of the family. There is a small but useful shopping block about 600m away at the start of the street where we purchased supplies, had a meal, and regular morning coffee and snacks, very useful. Lastly, there is a lovely long riverside walkway and parks within a couple of mins walk.

We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

Le séjour s’est passé sans aucun problème aux côtés de Alison & Danny. Très accueillant et sympathique, on a pu passer de bon moments convivial ensemble. J’ai également reçu de l’aide pour toutes les démarches nécessaires à faire pour un backpacker en Nouvelle-Zélande. Je recommande pour un premier logement pour un backpacker à Auckland ou pour y passer un séjour tranquillement.

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

This is one of the best Air BnBs we've stayed in. This house is soo beautiful, functionally designed and is surrounded by lush forest. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay- fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, home office set up, and books. Highlights would have to be the shower/bathroom, the way it was designed made it such a peaceful place to relax, unwind and take in the nature all around you, and literally forest bath. Bird watching, soaking up the sun, and of course the large outdoor tub. 10/10 would recommend!

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine chez Alison et Danny. Si vous venez d’arriver en Nouvelle-Zélande (comme nous), nous vous recommandons fortement ce logement. Alison et Danny pourront vous donner d’excellents conseils. L’ambiance au sein de la maison était génial, nous étions avec un autre couple de français, un italien, un écossais et une argentines. Encore un immense merci à eux deux pour leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse tout au long de ce séjour.
