Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

This is a quiet rustic spot Jeannie made it a point to introduce herself and let me know if I needed anything just reach out I took advantage of the free snacks and if you forget anything there was a nice assortment of toiletries My only disappointment for the stay is i did not get to pet the dog!!!!!

Thank you for your indication of how to sign in Netflix in the tv. The the crackers, olives and nuts were delicious! I really enjoy staying at The Magnolia Ville. Nora

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

Great location (walking distance from St Elizabeth’s Hospital! 5-7 mins tops!) Public transport right at your doorstep! Beautiful neighborhood, responsive host! TV has multiple viewing options and never an issue with wifi. Had a few little bumps along the way but were rectified! Overall I would and have recommended the gem!

I enjoyed keiths place alot. he was very accommodating and made sure I had everything i needed.

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

Stephanie's place was excellent! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The driveway parking was handy, with spots for two vehicles. Stephanie was prompt in communicating. I really liked the location, just two blocks from the main street. We will definitely try staying here again.

The Longhorn ranch air b n b was terrific! The space was very clean and Ellen even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The longhorns and the property were both incredible and Teddy their golden retriever came to visit us and we loved him - overall five stars for both the property and the communication! We will be coming back

We needed a last minute place to stay for a snowmobile trip, we were already on the road and struggling to find a place to stay. Rebecca answered my message very quickly and stopped what she was doing kind of late at night and got the place ready for us. She also sent us directions for riding and checked in to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Definitely will be booking again

Highly recommend this one of a kind, memorable stay. The unique and tastefully vintage variety of furniture, wallpaper, lighting, and more gives this apartment feeling that is a perfect mix of homey and intriguing. Literally every item down to the handmade and hand-painted ceramic cups for water was so thoughtful, interesting, and well curated. It made it all the more fun to just hang out inside during the cold weather and made a college visit feel like a vacation. The apartment was also 100% clean, and both beds were super comfortable. To top it all off, the hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had throughout our stay. While we didn't get the chance to use them, the apartment was well stocked with books, games, and idea cards. They also had ample cooking supplies & utensils. Lastly, it is conveniently located within the town, only a few steps away from cute restaurants, shops, and Utica Coffee, a small but efficient cafe bustling with Utica Coffee. 10/10!!!!!

Very clean, the owners of this bnb were very responsive & it looked just like the photos.

We stayed over Christmas to see family while visiting from SC. The place was just right for the two of us and our puppies who really enjoyed running around in the snow for the first time. We were happy to see that someone plowed the long driveway so we didn’t have to worry about that. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely consider staying again. We had a great trip!

Had an amazing stay at this home. Very short walking distance to gorgeous lake. Close by the Adirondacks for sightseeing. Free of clutter and well furnished. Hot tub was definitely the shinning start amongst the rest of the amenities listed. Each room had its own smart tv just as described and new heater/AC unit. Very private and peaceful location. Ultimately, we had a very relaxing stay and left full of content and satisfaction.

AMAZING! My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay in Deansboro at this adorable cabin. The owner Dan was super friendly, even went out of his way to bring us homemade blueberry scones and muffins. Ian, the property manager was really helpful and responsive to every thing we could possibly need. The property itself was gorgeous! We had no idea about the million dollar view that awaited us when we pulled up to the property. The hot tub was lovely, we enjoyed that while watching the sunset with a campfire going. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There are some trails behind the cabin that we enjoyed walking and breathing in the nature and beauty around us. Just super peaceful and serene, we would definitely come stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! The people managing and running the property are just the nicest people and if we could leave them a 6 star review, we would!! Highly recommend!!!
