A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area but buses to Auckland handy. Takeaways and local store minutes away. Great kitchen! This place is right in the middle of the town centre so we didn't feel the need to bring a car over. Everything was at the door step. The place was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and hearing the waves crashing against the rocks. The host is responsive and provided us with all the information we needed before our stay. Would love to stay again :)

Unit is quite small but perfect for my requirements as I was travelling solo. Palm Beach location is ideal for quiet, relaxing holiday as out of the main tourist areas but has reasonable cafe and restaurant next to the beach. Buses go passed the front door for easy access to all other parts of the island. Would happily stay here again.

Great accommodation. We had a sports team of ten players stay across two of the three units on this site. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities great and just a 15 minute drive from our venue (Bruce Pulman). All in all an excellent stay.

this house was superb. definitely our favourite place we've stayed in on this trip. thr house was light and airy and very well equipped. Having use of the car was the icing on the cake for us. We had a fabulous time at Ann’s place. The house is large and spacious with incredible views and perfect for a weekend away. It’s a very short walk to the beach & cafe - you can’t get much closer than Ann’s place! Ann was such a great host, she was friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate an earlier check in which was ideal for us. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would book again!

Absolutely beautiful space, really loved that the place had all the things required to cook food. We had a long stay and it definitely felt like a home away from home. It's close proximity to the beach made for lovely runs in the morning. Already hoping to book again on my next trip back home with the family

I stayed at Rico's town house for 2 nights for going to beaches. There is a parking space, we had a good sleep on clean beds. After swimming, we could wash our clothes and hang them outside on the deck. If You have small children, would be perfect place to stay. I though it's child friendly house very much.

Central location. We walked around into the city and to the marina without issue. Plenty of bus routes if you prefer. The supermarket is around the corner. Plenty of options for bars/cafes within walking distance. We have two kids and found a huge playground and grassed area just across the road. Pool and gym in the building was an added pleasure. Robert was great to converse with and was quick in reply :) Would definitely book again if visiting again.

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
