I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay! Would definitely return.

Peter’s AirBNB is gorgeous and well stocked. He was friendly, responsive, and on premise much of our stay (which is a private section of his home), but also great about giving us privacy. We especially enjoyed the pool and charming garden spaces - as well as the breakfast food and tea/coffee provided. A few notes that weren’t fully clear to me before arriving: >Washer is on site but generally not for guest use (though we got the OK to do a couple loads when we asked) > There is no living room or indoor common area of the Airbnb space. > There are gorgeous outdoor spaces with shade covering to enjoy for meals at home - but only bedroom/hallway space available indoors for “hang out space” > The Rotary walk area is easily accessible from this space - and the views are even better than the pictures :)

Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!! Die Unterkunft ist eine 15 min. Fährenfahrt von Auckland entfernt. Zum Devonport Ferry Terminal geht man ungefähr 20 min. zu Fuß. Die Zeit vergeht jedoch sehr schnell da der Weg direkt am Meer entlang geht. Der „Cheltenham Beach“ Strand ist vielleicht 50m von der Unterkunft entfernt, perfekt für entspannte Abende am Meer. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber, mit frisch renoviertem Bad und schönem Wohnzimmer mit sensationellem Ausblick zum Meer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles wirklich sehr sauber! Nun zu den Besitzern der Unterkunft. Bruce und Karen sind mit Abstand die nettesten Airbnb Hosts die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte. Nicht zu aufdringlich und immer extrem hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Ich kann das Airbnb jedem herzlich empfehlen!

Excellent location, we had a two and a three bedroom apartment for the family including grandkids and it work perfectly to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. Great winery’s on the island with excellent food options and the beach right in front of the appartments to have a long walk and a swim whenever you wished. Great spot with young kids too ! No doubt we will be back !

Marg welcomed us warmly and showed us her property, which was generously stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, also the bus that goes into Auckland city. It was perfect for our stay and we would love to return if we were to visit Auckland again.

I cannot recommend Kohi Del Mar highly enough. As a family of four, both on holiday and working, it was a fabulous apartment. Great restaurant options within an easy walk, opposite the beach with great views and 15 mins into town. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed and it will feel like you’re really on holiday. Really happy with our choice.

a beautifully furnished and appointed two bedroom place with nice little touches and tastefully done. Didnt need the Tv thanks to watching moon rise over Rangitoto - has to be the best view in Auckland if not NZ. Very clean etc. The only negative is hearing people in above apartment walking around (seems only to be a problem in the bedroom - was noticeable one night). It is an older building but FYI. Would still stay there again.

Great location, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Spotlessly clean and had everythingwe needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and tidy and perfect for what we needed it for. The only thing (which was our lack of organising) was that we did need more towels for swimming but other than that absolutely stunning views and would definitely stay again!

Great house right on the water in Bucklands Beach. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Only a 5 min walk to Howick Golf Course. Or a pleasant 25 min walk to Musick Point Memorial. From here you can descend to beach during low tide and go exploring. Lots of great Chinese restaurants with a 15 min drive. Or take the ferry into CBD. I would definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable location between beachfront and North Head! We had a lovely stay to decompress and adjust to the time zone, arriving directly from a long flight from Europe. The house provided the perfect location for a few quiet days: swiming and relaxing at the beach, going for morning walks at North Head with panorama views and visiting Devonport's cafes and restaurants. We had imagined traveling into CBD by ferry many days, but in the end we enjoyed ourselves so much locally that we only went in one day. We traveled with a small baby and our contact Abbie provided a cot and high chair for our convenience. It is perfect for adults, small babies and older children, but I wouldnt bring a more mobile baby or an unstable toddler, as there are ledges and open gaps in the stairs. Each night we would sit at the top floor watching the bay and enjoying a glass of local wine. We truly recommend this place!

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Maree was a lovely host and her apartment was so elegant and tasteful and filled with pretty things - it was a real treat to get to stay there. :)

Ivanli was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs. The balcony was more breathtaking than the pictures provided. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for the 3 of us and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

Great place in Auckland! Great location for walking to all the main attractions in Auckland. It is a perfect place for two people, comfortable, clean, quiet and is just like the photos. Highly recommend this place!
