Chris was amazing , the house was beautiful and so clean. Communications was great! The house was labeled very well.

Our stay was wonderful! I loved Dylan’s property because it was in a great location, close to restaurants & grocery stores, and super easy to find. The home is full of amenities to entertain a family while staying there. I look forward to rebooking this property again in the future.

The facility was secure, warm and welcoming. The space was larger than what i needed which is not a complaint. It was worth the rate. Although i did not use the washer and dryer, it was nice to know if my stay was longer I had access. Kate was very response when i had questions. There is only one recommendation, please replace the Hamilton Beach blender, it does not blend, it stirs.

From check in to departure the staff was responsive, accommodating and pleasant. The unit itself was well stocked and clean and as described in a nice neighborhood and exceedingly quiet. I highly recommend!

Kate’s place was great for a quick weekend trip! The location was accessible to downtown and close to delicious restaurants.

This was the 2nd time staying at one of Katie’s apts. It’s conveniently located when visiting Syracuse university. Quick drive to food shop, to restaurants and even near the hospital, if needed. During both visits we appreciated the responsiveness over messages. My husband and I really enjoyed it here, so we will definitely be returning yet again.

What a great price for what you get! It is a clean and spacious apartment with so much to do nearby in my second home, Syracuse<3 I love the location, since both the university and Erie Blvd are so close. Check-in was very easy and the private parking lot right outside was a plus. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Cuse!

Great space with plenty of sleeping space. The kids loved the theatre room!

This is a great little place, and the location is FANTASTIC. We had our boat in the back yard on Paul's dock - so awesome to have that convenience to go out fishing on the lake in the evening.
