This was our second New Year’s stay at Brad’s place. It’s the perfect place to gather with friends as there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and ample space/seating in the common areas to hang out as a group. We especially appreciate the game room!

My husband and I had a wonderful Stay at Ronnie’s! The house was exactly how it was described, and how it looked in the pictures. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful backyard and we especially loved the loft, with comfy bean bag chairs and projector screen. The house was extremely clean and appointed with many amenities, including some extra thoughtful ones that weren’t even expected! Highly recommend this beautiful home, if you’re planning a trip to the area! If we ever come back, we will definitely be staying at Ronnie’s cozy cottage!

My family and I had a great time out here. The house is very cozy and the location is very quiet. We loved the lake access which has a really nice sunset. Can’t beat it for the price.

The house and setting were lovely and Kathy was a wonderful host - she was always responsive and gave helpful recommendations. The lake and outdoor setting were beautiful. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. The kitchen had everything we could need. The layout of the first floor made it easy to make ourselves at home and relax - gather at the table, sit on the multiple couches to watch tv. Kathy responded immediately when we ran into an issue with the water and resolved the problem immediately. Please note the information about water usage in the "Other things to note" section of the property description, as this is accurate and something guests should be aware of.

Clean, plenty of things to do to stay busy for the weekend (hot tub, board games, arcade games, pool, TV, very comfy.

This is a a very nice house with a beautiful view of Oneida Lake. The sunrises were spectacular! The house is very clean with a great kitchen that is that is well stocked. We were here during the winter months, but this would be an amazing vacation spot in the summer with the access to the lake.

As a former resident of the area, this place was great being minutes from the interstate to easily travel & visit family and friends, while at the same time feeling like a home away from home - which is so much nicer than staying at a hotel. My kids enjoyed playing air hockey, foosball, Jenga, connect four, and watching movies on the Roku TVs. They also enjoyed playing in the snow in the back yard.

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!

Dennis had great communication and I enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was perfect for what I needed and in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants / shops.

Dennis was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and responding to questions. Place was clean and well located. Check in and check out we're smooth.

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

We loved the location of the Riverbarn and it made me want to move to this village! During our stay, we were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we walked around town often. I never realized how much history Baldwinsville has! The Riverwalk and Lock 24 are fantastic plus many great restaurants that you'll want to try. Our accommodations were nice and cozy although the mattress was too soft for our liking. I cooked quite a bit because we stayed a month and I brought my own Keurig and pots + pans for ease. There is a microwave but no oven so keep that in mind. I loved that the place was one level although there is one step up to the bathroom. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and always felt safe. Lots of parking in the driveway and on the street. Would definitely return!

I love the commitment to the nautical theme — interior was airy and comfortable. I enjoyed reading in the screen-enclosed dining area with the lake view. The bed and living room furniture were also comfortable. In warmer months, I would be tempted to use the kayaks as well.

Everything is the same or better than it looks in the pictures. I really liked the place and Vicki's attentions. Everything is clean, comfortable and very nice views. Thank you for making this Thanksgiving weekend an unforgettable experience for our family. I am delighted with the house. Very nice to spend it as a couple or with 4 friends. We had a wonderful stay hanging out near the rivers edge. We were provided with ample firewood and smores as a welcome gift :) very thoughtful. We look forward to coming back during summer to do some kayaking

We had an incredible time at Jesse and Bernadette’s!! 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit the Finger Lakes. Truly magical. Falling asleep to the sound of the lake was a definite highlight.

This rental was super cute and comfortable right on the water. We had a girls weekend and had everything we needed at Courtney's place. The cottage overlooks the water and it is a beautifully clear lake. Beds were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. There are a few set of stairs to get down to the cottage along with stairs to access the downstairs living quarters/bedroom so just be aware of that. We saw Eagles over the water and heard owls at night...very peaceful and private. Tons to do in the town of Skaneateles as well and lots of great restaurants. We would certainly recommend this rental to anyone and are looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The primary bedroom was even bigger than expected and the downstairs was also a great size! Beautiful views of the lake, we spent an entire day on the dock. Also very private, loved getting away for the weekend to recharge before the school year begins! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay for our family of four! Beautiful view and clean, cozy home with all amenities needed to feel at home. We look forward to the next time we have the chance to make it to the upstate NY area and stay here again!

This place was a magical experience on Lake Owasco! The house was super clean and cozy, and was in a really nice community on the lake. The hosts were responsive and set everything up perfect for us. The water was crystal clear and the kayaks were a great bonus. Will definitely return!
