The accommodations were clean and exceedingly comfortable. The beach was within walking distance, and the surrounding area boasted a wide range of activities. The presence of a nearby grocery store was a definite plus.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Justin and Ashley's place! We were happy with how well it met our needs, and will definitely consider going back in the future. The beach overlook deck and ramp, elevator, and single-level unit made this a good option for our wheelchair user, who was easily able to take in the views without having to battle the sands.

Great place to stay with a great host, always responsive and updated us about the tropical storm that was happening.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Robyn’s condo. It is spacious, clean and the perfect location. We loved the convenience of the beach and being in a quieter setting but still being close enough to restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. We loved having the front and back deck and all the beautiful views. Thanks Robyn for sharing your home with us!

First off let me start by saying this place was beautiful, just like the photos. Me and my husband love peaceful vacations and this location was it for us. One thing I loved about this place was the decor. I’m a clean freak so the fact that all the couches and chairs were leather made me happy. The bed in the bedroom was extremely big and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook a meal. Another thing we loved was the attached restaurant and bar. You could walk down get a meal and drink, and come back to the condo. Let me add the food is extremely good. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Lastly the view. From our condo. All we could see was the ocean and the pools. I woke up every morning and had coffee on the balcony. Coffee, cream, and sugar is provided. That was a plus for me. The workers keep this property and the outside extremely clean. No trash, grass cut neatly, and pools very clean. I will definitely be staying again.

We stayed for a girls 60th weekend! The extra amenities and attention to detail was a nice change!! I truly appreciate the what can we do better email ! Shows the host care enough to ask !!

Bryan and Jana were absolutely phenomenal hosts. They were kind enough to communicate allowance for early check in and check out times. We enjoyed our stay SOOO much, our hosts offered additional nights at a discounted rate which we took advantage of. There wasn’t too many water adventures due to the season and places in Surf City nearby were closed due to the season as well. But we were able to venture out and enjoy several things anyhow - Topsail Steamers, Topsail Touch Aquarium, Battleship Museum, Seaview pier and surf city pier were a few places we visited and adored. We had the opportunity to see wildlife such as northern puffer fish, baby shark, and dolphins from the backyard beach. We even found some shark teeth on the beach which the kids loved. Definitely our favorite vacation thus far!

We enjoyed our stay! We love coming off season and feeling like we almost have the entire beach to ourselves! Kim was a great host and we appreciate her place being pet friendly.

Marc is a great Host; the BnB is a fantastic place to stay with a lot to do if you like boating, fishing, great food, shopping and bands... The "By the Bridge" in the same complex is a restaurant and bar with great food and adult beverages, Big Mike handles the kitchen and serves out great food... Across the street are more waterfront restaurants and shops, and try; Dini's Martinis for an "over-the-top" martini... Also, another "hot spot" for a good band and drinks is 34-North within a short driving distance... Thanks Marc, hope to see you soon!!!

The listing does not do this condo justice. Its more beautiful in person, walk across the parking lot to the beach, so close for things to do, and the hosts were SO HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE.

The condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated. Exactly as described! Lots of thought went into all the extras. Will definitely stay here again!

Never a disappointment when staying at a S &L property! Peaceful, the smell when you walk in is everything! Super clean and ALWAYS so comfy! My kids and I love the properties and honestly don’t plan to stay anywhere else if we can help it when in NC.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years prior to Heather purchasing it. I was so happy to see it listed on Airbnb when we were looking for a place. It's just like the pictures and one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in. Heather checked in mid stay to make sure everything was going well and was even able to move our checkin up a day because of a scheduling conflict on our end. If you're looking for a super cute, spotlessly clean place to stay with a view of the ocean from the front deck and completely walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach, this is the place to stay. Thanks for a great mini vacation, we'll be back.

Sureshs place was beautiful We love staying at The Surf but this was our first time staying in her condo and we plan to return Loved the layout and the open space feeling This is on the third floor so there is steps to take to get in so keep in mind if you have trouble climbing steps Packing light will help because the condo has everything you need The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean and spacious Can’t wait to return !!

We had a great time. Loved the view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Easy access to beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated the wagon to take things down to the beach. Hope to be back again soon

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay! The condo was great! Everything was as pictured in listing. Very neat and clean, very nice beds with clean linens, just very cozy. We really liked it. The view was amazing! It was very convenient, there's a restaurant, coffee shop & ice cream shop just walking distance. We will definitely be back again to stay in the future!

This was a last minute girls weekend with my mom. It was so relaxing. Lauren was very responsive and even offered us longer check-in and out times since the condo was not going to be occupied the next day. Location is wonderful, so peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room on the beach to walk, sit or lay out. We had a great time!

Jen was fantastic! I had booked last minute and so did another family on a different platform. Jen worked tirelessly to get us a place in the same resort. She made it happen and we had a great time!

Just as pictured in the photos! This place has everything you need. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We loved all the extra amenities in the kitchen and for the beach like the beach chairs, boogie boards, bocce ball! An amazing view of the ocean from the porch. We really enjoyed sitting outside at night listening to the waves crashing and watching the moon rise over the ocean. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Brandi was amazing! She was very responsive to messages and answering any questions I had. Her home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need if you decide to stay in a cook. We will defiantly stay with Brandi again. Thank you for letting us us your amazing home.
