Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s not directly on the beach, but the ocean and sound views from all the decks were great. We could walk to the beach within a couple minutes. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the dark with all the decorative lighting. I didn’t think we needed an elevator, but it made a huge difference with groceries and luggage. And we finally got to witness baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean just down the beach from the house! We would definitely stay there again!

This is a fantastic beach home. My large family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Steve was very responsive and helpful - the business-side of our vacation was easy and straightforward. The rooms and home itself had literally everything we could want. The décor inside and out was very tasteful and the kitchen was well appointed; plenty of gear for our crew of kids and adults. The family agreed this was one of our best holidays ever. We hope to return for a repeat!

We had a really lovely stay. Jess’s place has incredible views, and the bedrooms are all beautifully designed and comfortable. We especially loved the little deck, outdoor shower and swings! We stayed with 2 toddlers and an infant and it was plenty of room. Jess was so kind and flexible helping us make the space safe and kid-friendly. We also loved that the location was walking distance to food and shops in Surf City. Highly recommend!

We rented both house and guest house for the last few years and just love both houses. Love the location, nice size yard for the kids to play and have fun while we are at the house. Rachel is a amazing host very helpful with anything that you may need. Houses are nice and clean. Will continue to rent from her in the future.

My family and I stayed this July at BB’s place. The location is just steps away from the beach. The den is huge with plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen has been updated to include all the basics and they’re easy to find. The master BR is also large and has a half bath attached. One bedroom has two bunkbeds and a queen bed in the third BR. The storage under the deck was stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas while the deck had 4 zero gravity chairs to catch the evening breeze and listen to the waves. An outdoor shower (not heated) makes rinsing off a breeze. No fault of the host but be aware that at high tide, there is no beach to speak of. Just a result being close to the New River Inlet and storms over the years. There is a public beach about 4 minutes down the beach road that has facilities and more “beach” at high tide. For those that aren’t familiar with tides, low and hight tide will alternate approximately every 6 hours and 15 minutes at North Topsail Beach.

Ver nice house, and close walk to the beach ! House was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay! Alex was very responsive when we had questions definitely will stay there again!

Super place in an excellent location! The is a wonderful house in a great location for a large family getaway! Steve was quick to respond to any questions we had and replaced the keurig immediately that decided to breathe it’s last breath when we arrived. One of the best features is the large dining table that allowed our entire family to eat & play games together! Would definitely stay there again in the future!

We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend at Christiana’s beach house! The water was surprisingly warm for the time of year and the house was perfect! We cooked all of our dinner’s in the house and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. We went out for our lunches in Surf City and found some really fun places to eat. The house is located 8-15 minutes from multiple grocery stores which is really nice. We were so comfortable at the house, with plenty of room for us all to have our own space but still enjoy game nights in the common area. The couch was comfy, the table was spacious and the bar provided extra space for the kids to sit. We really look forward to returning!

We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Don’s place was great for our family with kids. Just one block walk to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the pool. Don’s place had all of the amenities (wagons, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks Don!

Greatly exceeded our expectations! Terrie was a great host. The condo itself is huge and anything you need is already there. The view of the pool and ocean is amazing from the balcony, which is shaded from the afternoon sun. It’s a sleepy little family beach and community where you can unwind and get some rest and relaxation. It was the perfect low stimulation environment for our special needs child. As a bonus, I didn’t get a single mosquito bite and didn’t use any bug spray the entire week.

Not owner's fault, but house was not cleaned before our check in. There was sand on every floor of house and even piles of sand in the kitchen cabinets. Owner offered to send someone to clean floors, but we didn't want our vacation interrupted by wet floors. The rental company is in charge of housekeeping, so I let them know also. Otherwise, love location! Walking distance to everything you might need. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Having 4 bikes was wonderful too :) Booked already for next year!
