the house was better then we hope. the house was well stocked, clean and had everything we needed with very clear instructions. They also allowed us to check in earlier then the check in time as well.

Tanya was a fantastic host. She replied back so quickly each time. The dogs loved the back yard. It was just perfect for them and made our stay so much easier. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was our second visit and once again, it did not disappoint. The property was filled with all things Spring … azaleas, dogwoods, birds etc … just a beautiful time of the year to enjoy this special place. Of course it would not have been complete without Mr Cat … such a sweetheart! From early morning cups of coffee on the deck to cocktails in the evenings watching gorgeous sunsets over the water … it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Comfy, clean beds, bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. You’ll want for nothing except a longer stay. Jeanette and Mr Cat are perfectly wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this sweet home.

The home was cozy just right for a weekend getaway. My boyfriend specifically loved the outdoors fire pit!! It was relatively close to town and private! Just what we needed.

Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts! The house was super clean and beautifully furnished. Don and Tasha were very responsive, friendly and welcoming. The home provided a lot of necessities that were over and above what I had expected. Great home away from home to visit with my Marine!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home during the winter. The amenities were great with a lot to do and keep everyone entertained. Walking distance to the beach access. A stunning view and access to the channel. The backyard was perfect with a fire pit for s'more. Aimee was a great host!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

We loved our stay in North Topsail! The condo was beautiful and we felt like we were practically in the water at night listening to the waves. Well kept very clean and we would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay , everything was as described in the listing . Sadly we only stayed for two days but it was great . Heidi was a great host , she showed us around the place , was very responsive with anything we needed and even got us a housewarming gift for our new home ! Overall great place with an amazing host . Beautiful location with great views! The cabin fit myself, my husband, and our daughter comfortably and was stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and other basics such as sheets and towels. There was no oven but there was a toaster, stovetop, microwave, and single-cup coffeemaker which worked out great for cooking meals at the cabin. The screened-in porch was perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning and meals throughout the day. We enjoyed the walking trail and hanging out at the dock. We saw cool wildlife such as herons, frogs, and turtles. The cabins have a great location onsite, and they include a decent amount of space outside around the cabin. We enjoyed chatting with our neighbors in the cabin next door. The manager, Michael, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He responded immediately when we reached out, literally within seconds! He was also flexible with early check-in and late check-out. All in all, this was a great place and I'd highly recommend it!
