The place was very clean and well-maintained. Everything was fresh, and the host clearly takes care of the property. It also had modern furniture and appliances, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amenities a plus and easy access to the beach! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at Zach’s place for a week, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was great, they provided lots of beach accessories and we even saw dolphins from the balcony on the last day! Thanks Zach for a great spot!

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend! Loved the outside deck with ocean view. Table inside was good for the 3 of us, although if there were more people there wouldn't be enough chairs to sit at. Kitchen was fairly stocked but served our needs. No noise around. Close walk to beach. Wonderful weekend!

Great Condo, very clean and well kept. Loved the view of pool and ocean from the balcony. Only issue would be the internet which is not strong enough to stream on the smart tvs. However, it's no fault of the owner. We've stayed at 2 other condos at St. Regis and it is always the same issue. I would not hesitate to stay in this condo again.

All I can say is we had a great time. Ken’s place has a great location in the resort, everything was clean and comfortable and Ken is a great host. Thanks again.

Loved our stay in Surf City. The condo was nicely equipped- we were pleasantly surprised to see a washer and dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances including a nice Keurig and an air fryer. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and a very nice, well kept community. Only downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable and there isn’t a lot of storage for clothes and suitcases. But, that wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

This is the perfect beach condo! We could not be happier with our choice to stay here. The view from the balcony is amazing and we even saw dolphins from the balcony. Truly amazing. The beach is easy to get to and stunning as always. Richard is an amazing host. So kind and helpful. If you are searching for a beach vacation, look no further and book this condo. Everything you need is right here. Get your toes in the sand and get ready for relaxation and rejuvenation! As my middle child said when we stepped out on the balcony and took in the view, “Wow, God’s miraculous work!” Enjoy!

We booked this property for an anniversary getaway only 2 days before arrival. Surf City is one of our favorite places to vacation and this condo community was perfect. Easy to book, easy to access, easy to connect with host regarding a late checkout. We Will definitely book again. Beds were super comfy.

stayed here for the weekend for a kayak fishing tournament, location was convenient and great. amenities were more than enough for a weekend of exploring and enjoying the waters and relaxing. morning view on the dock is breathtaking.

This was a great place to stay, we had some time before closing on a new house nearby and needed a place that felt like home but also had good amenities. The garage gym was so nice to use a few times. We did not end up using the sauna although it was a cool concept. We used the hot tub and it was great! Pool is not heated which is honestly okay since we had the hot tub. We had some air issues (not running just scheduled out issues) but the host was very responsive and got it fixed immediately.

Great home! Lots to do and see inside and out. Well equipped home and a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay!
