This was a great place with a close view of the ocean! Had a great fully stocked kitchen for cooking! Everything was very clean. We loved it.

This place is just as listed! I love sitting by the water. The only suggestion is a new coffee pot! What a nice place. We would definitely rent again!

We stayed at Cindy’s lovely place for a month. Cindy was very attentive & helpful. Place was as pictured. Everything we needed was there. Cindy checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, & even made recommendations for places to see & restaurants in the area. Had a wonderful time. Would love to stay here again.

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Jeannettes AirBnB beachfront condo. You have a beautiful view of the sunset and it was located right on the beach. Just a note that in off season a lot of things are closed and the nearest grocery store/convenience store is about 10-15 minutes away. There weren’t any shower toiletries so we had to make a pit stop to grab some shampoo etc, but otherwise the condo was fully stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and linens. Highly recommend this condo :)

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

The condo was great! Clean and beautiful! We loved the pools and being right on the beach. A great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. The views were amazing and you can’t beat the convenience of being beachfront. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Some wear and tear in the home you’d expect with a water front rental, but nothing too drastic.

This is an amazing house with beautiful scene by water, with one hour driving to Macon State park beach, Beaufort and Newbern, very close to Jacksonville. Curtis is very kind and responsive. We enjoyed a lot in the hot tub and with the table soccer game.

We stayed a few days after evacuating from the storm in WNC. We needed a quiet, peaceful place that was somewhat close to Wilmington. This was all of that and more. The back deck and the dock were peaceful places to hang out any time of day. The house is well stocked and very clean. The beds and furniture are comfortable. There is a restaurant within walking distance and many more minutes away. Beach is minutes away also. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second visit and once again, it did not disappoint. The property was filled with all things Spring … azaleas, dogwoods, birds etc … just a beautiful time of the year to enjoy this special place. Of course it would not have been complete without Mr Cat … such a sweetheart! From early morning cups of coffee on the deck to cocktails in the evenings watching gorgeous sunsets over the water … it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Comfy, clean beds, bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. You’ll want for nothing except a longer stay. Jeanette and Mr Cat are perfectly wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this sweet home.

This was our 2nd year staying here at Gerald's place. We absolutely love it here! The house is perfect for us and our dogs. We will definitely be returning again.

Autumn was extremely welcoming and made sure everything was in order for us. The home is was spacious and fit my family of 6 and our dog comfortably. It is also conveniently located in a nice neighborhood that is within walking distance to a seafood restaurant, boat tours, and a place to rent golf carts. The drive to the beach is only about 15-20 minutes away.

Couldn’t get a better location. The house was perfect. Didn’t feel like we ever had to leave but nice knowing that things were within 10 mins if we needed anything

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

What a perfect location literally right on the beach! We really enjoyed watching the dolphins play and jump every morning from the balcony! The mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom towels smelled so fresh and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. It was super convenient having beach chairs already there for us to use. Christine was super responsive when we messaged her as well. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want right on the beach this is it! Condo was perfect for our family of 4! This place is close to grocery stores and places to eat! Phil & Antoinette were prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The pool was chilly in Oct. but my kids loved it. These condos are gated which was a nice surprise. Had my coffee every morning on the balcony!! We also found lots of sharks teeth 10 feet from our balcony! Our first time in Surf City, would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our weekend stay for our anniversary. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great weekend! We took everything we needed so we never even had to leave. Tami and Jim provided everything we could have needed including beach toys, movies, games, towels , etc. The whole experience was so easy and perfect that I can’t wait to go back!

The condo is amazing! Just as described. Has all of the amenities and it’s affordable. The view is breathtaking and hosts were very nice and communicative. We loved it here!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.
