Loved being walking distance to the brewery, grocery store and village! Definitely convenient and host was so nice and easy to communicate with!

The rental has a great location- very close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, close to the beach. For the price, it's great space at a convenient location. I love the well-maintained community space and pool. Some negatives: No AC. The unit heats up considerably during the day. No neighborhood street parking without a permit. The garage is nice space for standard sedans or smaller vehicles. It's a challenge for mini-vans and SUVs to park. Noisy due to the unit is next to a busy street.

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

Charming 2br space within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and groceries. Perfect for my fam visiting for my auntie's surprise 80th b'day as it was close to all the places we visited: the birthday venue in Burbank, my aunt's place near Koreatown, and fun things to see and do in both Glendale and Hollywood. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious while the living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen have exactly the things needed for a short trip. There is a parking spot available for 1 vehicle (check the listing for exactly where), but if you park in the street, be aware of the parking restrictions. Bravo to Nasser, Nasser, and Sia for such a lovely and accommodating experience! Highly recommended!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

The mousepad was perfect for our stay in Anaheim. It was only a short walk to the Disneyland entrance, about fifteen minutes. The condo was perfect for our family of four adults and two children. The children also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. All of the directions were clear and easy to follow. Everything was clean and well maintained and the three bathrooms were a real plus when we wanted to get going in the morning.

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

The place was very accessible and had plenty of rooms and 3 bathrooms which was a big plus for our party of 7. Although are vehicle a Yukon XL would not fit in the garage we never had issues finding parking in the lot when we came back from our daily activities. The spots available are very close to the entrance to the unit. The view is great, lots of natural sunlight. It was cold when we arrived it had rained, but heat worked great. There was a slight smell to the kitchen when arrived but may have been an old sponge or something left in the disposal. After running the sinks everything was fine. We stayed 5 nights, the hot water in the masterbath seemed the blending valve keeps the water a slightly above warm temperature but the hall bath on the second level was very hot. Gene was night to check on it while we stayed. Would be nice to have more than one TV in the place but we were not there a ton and the kids played on their devices. Overall great place.

I had a perfect stay at this beautiful home! The hosts - AMAZING, kind, friendly, responsive! I had the pleasure of communicating with all 3 hosts and they were all awesome and all my questions were answered quickly. The hosts made me feel welcomed and supported! I interacted with Liyuan the most, she was extremely kind and professional. The home - wonderful! It felt super cozy. The layout is very smart as it enables spaciousness and top notch cleanliness. The home was equipped with so much useful things while still feeling minimalist (in a very good way). We enjoyed the full kitchen. Honestly I think this is the most comfy I have ever felt at an Airbnb. The location - great! Private (tucked away) and peaceful yet close to a ton of great restaurants, stores, venues, etc. As an added bonus that I didn't see in the listing, they have a small yard that was perfect for our dog. I will definitely be a returning guest, this is a beautiful and peaceful home close to everything!

Place was near Alhambra downtown and many great restaurants. The place was nice and clean. Check-in was easy.

We are locals and this is one of the best neighborhoods on the East side, it's very close to all the freeways. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, parking was easy, lots of neighborhood shops and eating places. It's also a great neighborhood to go jogging!! The place is super comfortable and the beds are super comfy too. I would book here again.

Amazing smart home , if you can handle the stairs, than stay here,!!!!! Right next also right next to the arena so that’s very convenient

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

This is a great location! It is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and and really close to the beach and all kinds of other local attractions! The layout of the building is unique and very modern but cozy! Three stories with each story having a bedroom and bathroom with the second floor also having a very large kitchen and nice living room! The location is also right across the street from a great grocery store and many restaurants too! Hosts are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest this stay to anyone looking for a medium size Air Bnb for a much better than average deal!

magnifique maison, très joliment décorée, bien répartie avec sa chambre à l'étage. le quartier est super, les hôtes se sont proposés de nous aider si on avait des questions sur le quartier. encore mieux avec une voiture mais possible de faire des choses à pieds. je reviendrai sans hésiter, merci encore!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Everything was perfect. We had plenty of room and it was very convenient to Disneyland. Tim and Diane were both great! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.
