Thank you Aman for an amazing stay over the holidays. The entire cottage was kept clean and well stocked with things to accommodate us over our week stay. Great lake front property with so many activities and close proximity to stores and restaurants. Aman was incredibly responsive and helpful, his guide book provided a clear and detailed explanation of all things related to the cottage which ultimately made our first day a breeze. Nothing but good things to say, we’ll be back in the summer.

Henry and April were an amazing host, they were super respectful and responsive. They were flexible and helpful for checking in as we had to check in a bit earlier due to winter storms. Whenever we had a any questions or help they were there quickly. The view and area was beautiful even in the winter and we enjoyed being there. Will definitely visit again in summer time.

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

Above and beyond our expectations! The kids loved playing in the loft and the massive beam bag was a crowd favourite. Kitchen table sat everyone comfortably and perfect for all the hours of board games played. TV area in the basement was perfect to watch the hockey games and extra bar fridge handy for our drinks. Kitchen had everything you needed including compost and recycling bins. Beds were extremely comfortable and family room very capacious and cozy. My family has rented many cottages before and this ranks as our favourite, we will be back next year.

The place was as described and the host made sure to check in with us via email before, during and after our stay. The home was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for helping us make our few days away as relaxing as we had hoped.

Our stay at Breathe Vacation Rentals was absolutely amazing! The property offered incredible privacy and a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place for our family to reconnect and unwind during the holidays. Their communication was excellent, with quick responses that made the whole experience seamless. They even have an amazing gym—which, to be honest, we didn’t touch at all because we were too busy relaxing! Every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance relaxation, and the space exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

Beautiful place! Easy to get to and still maintains the "remote" feeling. Not far from amenities yet secluded enough to feel like you are getting away. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Will definitely be booking with them again in the near future. Next time, the only thing I will change is a longer visit. You need lots of time to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. All of us 8 people + 1 baby had a fantastic stay! The place is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We visited in winter with lots of snow, but the host made sure the driveway was cleared, which was super convenient. All the appliances and furniture are clean and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. The water filter provides great-tasting drinking water, which was a nice touch. The view is breathtaking, and the decor is stylish and inviting. There’s a Pack ’n Play for babies to sleep in and plenty of things for toddlers to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Rox nous a offert un service 5 étoiles ! Elle nous a accompagné a chaque étape et elle a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien pour nous :) Ce fut un super séjour en famille entouré de paysages verdoyants. Nous avons particulièrement aimé utiliser les barques et le paddle board, mais également le fire pit et les jeux de société pour grand et petits. Les pièces étaient toutes propres et les draps sentaient bons le propre ! Nous recommandons cette maison à 100%

We had an amazing stay at Warren and Julia’s place! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had such a cozy, aesthetic vibe. The backyard was like a dream, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We loved every moment and felt so comfortable throughout our stay. Would truly recommend if someone looking for peaceful and scenic getaway!! Huge thanks to Warren and Julia for being such great hosts—we’d love to come back!

Sandeep and Stephanie are amazing hosts! This was our third stay, and it definitely won’t be our last. They’re always so accommodating, with clear instructions that make everything seamless. The space is lovely, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Cute little home on the lake, with a beautiful sunset view. Jennifer was very helpful. We appreciated her informing us that the cleaners were finished early so we could have an early check-in. The house had everything we needed, it was a perfect little getaway!

Chelsea was very quick with responding. Her check-in/out instructions were detailed, clear and concise. The place was very spacious, clean and felt welcoming. It was also very well equipped with utensils etc. There is a great view of the lake and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy city. I will definitely be returning in the summer!

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful ! Bill (property manager) was conveniently on site when one of the couples from our group arrived and went through everything and answered any questions we had. Located right off the OFSC trails, close to the scenic ice caves, and with use of heated garage for snowmobiles made our weekend very relaxing after a day of riding the local trails. Our group of 8 had tons of space to relax and unwind. I couldn't imagine staying at this property in the summer and not being able to find something to do.

Matt’s place was great. Lots of space, clean, with beautiful surroundings. The basement had many activities for guests: darts, ping pong, a treadmill and weights, all facing the view of the lake from the walkout basement. Matt was very responsive of all of my queries. We had to make a late change of plans and Matt gave us a perfect solution. He ensured that everything was what we expected. Thank you Matt, for making us feel right at home.

Tristan’s place was so very comfortable and convenient. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna were extra bonuses that make the stay so special and worthwhile. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to relax, sit back and enjoy while also enjoying some island time. Will definitely book again.

Farazdak was an amazing host, answering any and all questions. The inside of the cottage is beautiful and so spacious. The views are unbeatable and it's so quiet. The kids and adults had the best time using the toboggan hill. We would all recommend this place, pictures don't do it justice!!!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to stay here again soon! Derek

Miranda’s cottage was a great spot for our annual ATV trip. The cottage was very clean and as described. Having a sauna and the ability to swim in the lake was also nice. Look forward to returning to the cottage continuing.

My fiance and I stayed here for a cozy valentines day weekend out of the city and had the BEST experience. The pictures don't do it justice it's so nice. The kitchen is large and updated with all types of beautiful glassware so no need to bring your own wine or champagne glasses. The hot tub was so relaxing and jacuzzi inside was just as good. We will definitely be revisiting this summer !
